Timeline po ng process sa akin:

January 29 afternoon - I signed with the insurance company
January 29 evening - After checking MB's background, I decided to cancel, so nag-letter ako via e-mail
February 1 - Nag-message sa akin ang agent to visit their office
Feb 2 - I visited them, they asked me to write another letter
Feb 18 - I have been notified that my cancellation request has been approved.
Feb 19- I went again to their office to sign some documents and surrender my policy
March 3 - Pumasok na refund sa credit card account ko, pero deducted ng 2k. Not sure kung may effect yung kung credit card, debit card, o cash ka nagbayad sa kung gaano kabilis maproseso ang refund.
