hi my name is Walbert letargo and my account number is 0020130777599. Our plan is fiberx1500. I have been experiencing connection issues. All devices connected to WiFi are abruptly disconnected. This happens 6 times every hour. I already texted customer service here in plaridel bulacan but I am not getting the help I need. I am paying my Bill so I deserve to have good internet service! And yours is the worst!!!!
