MAKRO - Head OfficeGood morning i was at Makro yesterday to do a refund for my sinotecTv since the supplier wasn't able to fix it ...the returns manager was very rude , shouted and scorned at me like i was a retard and said she can't help me without the accessories ...i requested for Sinotec contact contact number and makro email,she refused instead took my number ...and said they will call sinotec to find out how much are they going to deduct from my credits since i don't have accessories...i left Makro in a not so good mood
