PLANET FITNESS - HEAD OFFICEI have been trying to cancel membership for almost almost a year they bill me every month whenever I contact them they give me a case number and promise to get back to me but nothing happens, my contract ended but they still billing me

Comment I had cancelled my membership and had the proof of the mail that confirmed that my membership had been successfully cancelled and they handed me over. I send that proof of e-mail including and asked them to contact the debit collector and take my name of and still they send me SMS's that they had handed me over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
