Denying my payment - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

On 29 of July 2020 bought a microwave online. I was so shocked the following day to receive a call from you saying you didn't receive my money the lady who called me ask me to email her proof of payment that has VSC number I didn't have a problem I emailed it like she requested. Few days later I received a call again this time it was about you haven't received my payment. I contacted my bank to find out. The payment was successful paid into your account so I'm so disappointed and frustrated by the fact that the transaction was made into your account but all of the sudden my money doesn't reflect into your account. Your finance department need to do their own work. I can't loss the money that I have worked hard for NEVER!!! If this matter doesn't get resolved I'll have to take it further cause I can't afford to loss my hard earned money
