non availability of supporting product - Smartlife - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I bought a Smartlife waterjug in about Oct last year. Since November I have been searching for the replacement filter. I have been to 3 different Clicks branches near me several times, i have tried on line several times and i come up empty handed EVERY time. This is not acceptable - if you are going to sell a product that requires a supporting product that product must be available. My friend who told me about the jug has had the same complaint. Not good enough Clicks. I look forward to your speedy revert.
