Concern: I want a Refund As soon as possible. I waited for a month and a half just to know that i was assigned on a wrong NAP Box. I sent the Nearest Nap box in my area in my application but it was full and i was assigned way to far from my Nap Box that i did send and didn't receive any notification about it. How you guys was able to assigned me on a Nap Box way to far in my area that exceed the 300m that you guys alloted. And Since there is no other Nap Box around in my area there is no way that it will be installed.

Ps. Just a feed back and i hope it will be escalated to the head of this company you guys should fix how your system works, you guys are better than this. You guys should never reserved a port to anyone if it is way to far on the area and if it is full
