I rendered services from J&t project 4 branch last 12-16-2020. My product is car gauge. All is good with the packaging and all i took a picture before agent wrapped it. Just today 12-22 my parcel was received by recipient and when he opened the goods everything was broken. Definitely its the deliveries fault though it is indicated on the box its fragile. How will you compensate me for this? Recipient wants a refund and wants to have the goods returned. I will not be able to sell it anymore since its broken!. I need your action ASAP.
