Very Rude to Customer - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I went there to your LBC Express Melbourne Warehouse (courier service ravenhall Vic, Australia) today Thursday @ 9:45am 3/06/21. I talked to a certain LITO LUGUE I think he is the team leader there I got the information (position) from you other staff a while ago. I made a queries transaction LBC express money padala and the transaction went smoothly with your other staff (sharon). After that transaction I made a queries about the balikbayan box because I want to send balikbayan boxes to Laguna, Philippines... As far as here in Victoria, Australia we're still on pandemic and we're on lockdown and the government is encouraging here cashless transaction protection from both parties for safety. But your team leader LITO LUGUE insisting I pay CASH on the balikbayan box and I explained to him I'll pay in cashless payment with my ATM card as the government is encouraging cashless transaction for safety during this pandemic. His explanation LITO LUGUE your team leader insist cash payment because he told me they have no machine ATM transaction payment here in warehouse its with the other staff whose working at home to transact bussiness. I told him it's not our customer problem you got only one machine ATM payment for transaction and we cannot transact gettingy our product if we have no cash as we are following the government's guidelines cashless transaction. We haven't finish our communication closing the transaction about the balikbayan box and he LITO LUGUE left me unattended and went inside the office and entertain another customer.Emotionally there's an impact to me, embarrassing a customer and VERY RUDE approach to a customer. Is this the way you TREAT your customers? I think your team leader there LITO LUGUE got no trainings and etiquettes how to handle Customer Service. So sorry it's BELOW PAR your customer service here and your team leader must know the BASIC RULES CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUTTE. I demand an answer for my complaint if you won't act on this person LITO LUGUE I will upgrade my complaint here to the proper agency Consumer complaint in Melbourne.
