We have a Vodacom Business fibre at our office. For the past while it has been unstable, dropping randomly and repeatedly during the day.
0821940 support desk is practically impossible to use. We have phone them 14 times for a combined call time of 6.5 hours over a course of 6 days. So far nobody has taken ownership and lodged the issue. I was promised an escalation to level 2 but have been waiting 48 hours for that. When I last phoned in, they knew nothing of the escalation.
You get the idea.
This is a breach of contract and we will be terminating the account as soon as possible, replacing your service with another provider.
I can't understand how you refuse to deal with your clients' issues?
