store wont exchange - Consumer Complaint for MAKRO - Head Office

I bought a grinder 3 weeks ago. it was working fine till yesterday. now its making a horrible noise and does not run the way it should. i phoned for an exchange as per cpa( i have the right to exchange/refund/repair). The manager Carabello openly refused. She insists that the cpa does not matter. I have to take it in to store and have it send away for inspection and then repair. This is illegal to expect me to have it repaired as it only lasted 3 weeks ( 5 times use) I will be taking this to the CPA. I will not be bullied like this and it WAS the Last time I and anyone that i speak to will ever Buy at this Makro in Bloemfontein again. I am very dissapointed in this treatment.
