- Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Hi I'm not happy i dit a sim swap the number of the phone is suspended 0795097217. We bought R200 data at vryburg vodacom for the number. I got a new phone new number and they told me that they will transfer the data to my new number and nothing has happened yet. I have been to the store a few times asking about it and they promise me that it will be done. Nothing yet again for more than one month please can you assist me
