No internet connection was provided. Despite multiple times of phone calls, email follow ups and pm's via FB chat function, but to no avail. The call center agents will just tell to wait for 24-48 hours but still they fail to give the needed action. The modem/router was plugged in since it was installed as per advice. More than one week of waiting for the service being paid already but not yet delivered, is adding stress specially to our present pandemic situation.
The internet connection is badly needed as I am in a online class.
Seeking your assistance to add pressure for Converge to take appropriate action.
