Untimely delivery and status not updated - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

pls refer to this tracki g number 81132718461 item is still no delivered and on your lbc tracker its no longer updated. Ive been waiting for this item for almost 3 weeks from the seller. The seller said she already forwarded the package to LBC since july 11,2020. And now its already August 3,2020. Cant even reached your numbers all numbers from LBC in lapu-lapu either busy tone or phone keeps on ringing only. Tried alot of times but no help at all. I want to know what exactly is wrong with your service???? Why it took this long??????
