unethical behaviour - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I am with Vodacom for more than 10 years. Never ever did I feel unsafe or feel the need to complain. Never ever did I not pay my accounts on time. I personally believe in face to face talking if I want to upgrade. I always went in to a store and did the upgrading there. Because I am planning to go on pension I decided not to upgrade.

A salesperson (male) did phone my husband and my brother and they agreed to upgrade. BUT my husband is not getting a salary and also upgrade the internet to 10GB.
My husband is hard in hearing use hearing aids. (0824614287 and 716743265) My brother is handicapped, his number is combined with mine. Was a special- 2 phones for a special price – 0662331250. I am your customer but has no rights. I were not part of this decision- making process. I am feeling that this deal was not fair. I am paying the account every month per debit order. I do not want to be with another new 2 year contract.

I want feedback because I will lodge a legal complaint on Tuesday 6 April 2021
