Worst Service ever - Consumer Complaint for KIA Motors Somerset West

I bought a new Kia Sportage from sales person Byran. All was great until i signed the deal. I told him i would like a White sor Silver car but prefer white. I was promised a white Sportage and on 99 i was told that the white one was promised to another customer and got a silver car. Colelxted the car on the 31st of November without the leather seats and sunroof. Gave the car back on the 4th December to get this installed. It is the 20th today and i have not received my car. I planned on leaving for holiday on the 21st but i need to postphone this as payment for the sunroof has only been made today the 20th Desember.

My fiance received a second hand curtosy car on the 4th. A week later the remote battery died ans she was stranded at a shopping centre. I had to go and assist her. After getting the car started i returned the car for a new car. I got the new car on the 14th. The morning of the 15th i was phoned to leave my job as they have sold the car i got the day before and need to replace it. This now the 3rd second hand curtosy car was standing at my home for the weekend as we were away from home. Monday the 18th when leaving for work, or trying to, the battery was dead! They came to jump start the car, not replace it and the car when trying to leave work was dead again. So then it was lucky number 4 ! The after sales service i useless with the manager Farouk who promised me to have the car by the 19th has not even Tried calling me to appologise for not having the car.

I had a Audi TT that was part of sales. It had a custom intake on and I requested from Byran to please rake custome intake off as i am giving the car with the original intake. He agreed to have the Custom intake replaced and supply it back to me. This has, after i signed for the Kia Sportage, not been done and no support has been given to help me with this.

I am truely disgusted with the sales team at the Somerset west branch.
