Kia Somerset West, Cape Town. My Financial service provider IEMAS bought the car from the dealership which everything was done professionally and clear (Feb 2020). the problem arises when Licence Disk has to be renewed Disk exp ( 2020/02/28).The traffic department tells that the car is under my name as Title Holder. Brandon who is dealership salesman tells me he will work on it. My problem is that i can not renew my car Licence disk nor change the car number plate till today. all documents and details are with him. i am stressed daily when i have to drive a car but i know that my Licence has expired am just driving by Gods mercy here. Please help me.

Me and my wife both drive a Kia and we stay in Cape Town, Somerset West. We have both had the worst service we have ever experienced at Kia Somerset West. My wife's car went in for a yearly service where they have picked up that the aircon is not working. The report that I received was that the aircon needs gas. We paid money to book my vehicle in for regas to pick up that the pump doesn't get enough power. We had to take the vehicle through again for assessment to find out that they have now ordered a new aircon pump and said nothing is wrong with the wiring. To wait 8 weeks for the unit to arrive to bring the vehicle back for the third time to put the new pump in to still finding out that it doesn't work. They had to send the car in for electrical issues. The car had to go back for the 4th time. Well, that fixed the issue afterward. Totally understand they were on top of all but no communication, lack of client service and then here I thought that the computer would pick up issues so either staff doesn't know what they doing or they just don't care. I had to phone after them to get feedback, beg them to get back to me or maybe follow up.

Story 2: Kia Picanto
I bought a demo unit from the Imperial right next to the same Kia garage after the worst service ever I got the vehicle and I will go in more detail on another day for Imperial Somerset West. I book my car in for a 30k service to find out that my car was serviced at 24k but my book as never stamped. My VIN number on my vehicle doesn't match the car disc on my car and the number plate that they have issued for me doesn't belong to me. That being said after I waited 1 week for registration to take place after the deal has been signed off and locked down. At the service, my front light didn't work to receive my car to still find out that it doesn't work. To have my car for a week and then my ABS and airbag light switch on. to take a booking to arrive on the day and my booking is not scheduled, to update them about all this to receive my car and still not working. We will now be going back for the 3rd time.,

If Kia offers this type of service then I would say please stay away as your heart rate and blood pressure can not take it. This is short and sweet but this has been hell for me with 2 x KIA vehicles.

To whom it may concern,

I bought a brand new Kia Cerato Koup from Kia in 2012 for R230 000.00.

I went to Imperial Nissan South Africa Eat Rand Mall to find out how much they would offer me for my vehicle and they offered me R100 000.00 as is.

I believed KIA would offer me the same / more seeing as I have a KIA.

I was shocked to hear that they only offered me R65 000.00. That was actually extremelly insulting. The worst part is that the dealer principle who looked at my vehicle gave the salesman a quote and ran away. He did not even have the decency to explain why or listen to what I had to say aboutht the vehicle.

I would like to take this matter further. Please send me the email addresses of all regional managers/ directors…etc.

I bought a new Kia Sportage from sales person Byran. All was great until i signed the deal. I told him i would like a White sor Silver car but prefer white. I was promised a white Sportage and on 99 i was told that the white one was promised to another customer and got a silver car. Colelxted the car on the 31st of November without the leather seats and sunroof. Gave the car back on the 4th December to get this installed. It is the 20th today and i have not received my car. I planned on leaving for holiday on the 21st but i need to postphone this as payment for the sunroof has only been made today the 20th Desember.

My fiance received a second hand curtosy car on the 4th. A week later the remote battery died ans she was stranded at a shopping centre. I had to go and assist her. After getting the car started i returned the car for a new car. I got the new car on the 14th. The morning of the 15th i was phoned to leave my job as they have sold the car i got the day before and need to replace it. This now the 3rd second hand curtosy car was standing at my home for the weekend as we were away from home. Monday the 18th when leaving for work, or trying to, the battery was dead! They came to jump start the car, not replace it and the car when trying to leave work was dead again. So then it was lucky number 4 ! The after sales service i useless with the manager Farouk who promised me to have the car by the 19th has not even Tried calling me to appologise for not having the car.

I had a Audi TT that was part of sales. It had a custom intake on and I requested from Byran to please rake custome intake off as i am giving the car with the original intake. He agreed to have the Custom intake replaced and supply it back to me. This has, after i signed for the Kia Sportage, not been done and no support has been given to help me with this.

I am truely disgusted with the sales team at the Somerset west branch.
