Contract new laptop - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

We get a new contract for Huawei Matebook xPro, I had it for 18 days and the lcd screen pix left is faulty....I have to drive 200km to take my laptop back they say they send it in for repairs I havent pay my first contract fee I say to them its not my fault I dont want a repair one back I give it in on 8/2 (I think Romano try to repair it himself because Huawei date on slip when they received it is 28/2.
They phone me to collect a new one I have to send somebody to collect it (I am 200km from Richardsbay) The "new" one is not my own one it send to me in my old boxs the serial number is diffrent when we phoned them they say its a demo and they dont no wheres the box. No paper work. When we complain about it they send us the gurrantee from Huawei with all on it but its my old computer serial number I bought a new one the screen was not my fault and they send me a second one back and want me to be happy. I want a new one 18 days (my email was not even on my new device I used it in time not even 5 hours) please can you help me, they promise to come back to me but they not comming back please....(sorry for mistakes in language I am afrikaans)
