Change of banking details - just not happening - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I want to change my bank account but have been trying sine beginning of January. After calls have been made and emails sent, still nothing and I CANNOT GET A PROPER COMPLAINTS EMAIL ADDRESS THAT ACTUALLY DELIVERS THE COMPLAINT TO THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT!!!! PATHETIC.
I complained via website and received a link to sent the complaint to and it can back and said that i have submitted a complaint against Momentum MFP?????????
