ITC complain - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

had a Vodacom contract which was cloned and I canceled that contract and paid it off in 2018 or beginning of 2019. Over a year later I took a sim data contract and I was told I owe R400+ on the number that I had canceled and it is now used by someone else but on their records it is under my name. In all that vodacom had never sent me any communication to say I owe them, I phoned vodacom collections department, they said I'm not in arrears on their system but I paid that money anyway as I needed the data contract. Towards the end of September as I was getting my bank account changed, my banker tells me he can't change my account because I'm on ITC for R400+ by vodacom. I phone vodacom give them my ID number and they tell me there's no records of arrears or ITC on their system. I'm so annoyed as I'm dealing with such an incompetent service provider. I need a letter confirming when was I placed on ITC and why was I placed on ITC without any communication.


Please also provide the ombudsman information.
