Faulty 32 inch Sansui TV - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I purchased a 32 inch Sansui TV that was on special at Bradlows Balfour park Vincent East London Eastern Cape on the 06/04/2021 when we got home on the same day when we plugged the TV I noticed the is a dark circle inside the TV and when I switched it on. When we returned to the store they told us the is nothing they can do for us. I don’t know what could have caused this as the is no crack on the screen. I would appreciate your assistance on the matter. I have attached photos of the tv as well as my slip.
