Refund of two orders - Consumer Complaint for FoodPanda - Head Office

I ordered to foodpanda and i happen to have a wrong item so i called the help center to cancel it and they agreed and the next one was a wrong order so need to cancel it bit it was cancelled prior to preparation because foodpanda not allowing cancellation at all. Foodpanda gave a reason that it was delivered, i have cctv and checked that there is no 3 deliveries showing just one that was successfully claimed. I need a refund
