My parcel was returned to the seller without me knowing it and without the rider delivering it to my address. The rider called me and I wasn't able to respond to the call because I was on duty that time. It was the rider's fault because he was not able to deliver it inside the establishment I am working since he has not a faceshield. He did not even think of another way, like asking the guard. He already processed the RTS without informing me.
