Impossible to get my data contracts cancelled - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have tried to get my data contracts cancelled since November 2020, As I am now unemployed. They cancelled only the one contract. To get the other contract cancelled has been impossible. I have also requested that my main number go onto prepaid. I have spoken to numerous people including Bianca and the so called supervisor, Keshia. They promise that it will be sorted and that I will receive an email within 24 hours, but nothing happens. I could only speak to them once. Every time I call they will not take my call and promise to phone me back and never do. I am at the point of closing my bank account to keep Vodacom from taking any more money from my account, as I cannot afford this anymore. I am angry that I am forced to take such drastic measures, because of staff incompetence. I will also write to every magazine and newspaper, as I feel people should know that when they choose to sign up with Vodacom it is for the rest of their lives, as it cannot be cancelled ever again. I am shocked at the disgusting level of service I have received from Vodacom cancellations department.

I would also like to add that the Vodacom customer care department consultants have been wonderful. They have all been very efficient and helpful..

Please assist me to get this resolved.
