Rude manager - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I visited your bayside branch at 21 March 2021 at 16h30, I was told by a cashier that they have done the cash up already but the store closes only at 17h00.

When I queried that she then went to the office to speak with the manager, her name Derbie. She then came out with no apology and started to do something that I don't know what was she doing on the tills and she later said they r offline. I asked where is the sign that u r offline the then said she is still busy trying to fix the matter, but on the front printer the slips continued to cone out I managed to read on 1, and it had something with cash reference meaning they were busy with cash up.

I waited there till 16h55 with no help, and I asked her how can they close all tills at once but the store is still open she answered rudEly that I mast nor tell her what to do those r the rules for pep cell if I don't know.

I was really pissed off by that behaviour, I asked her about her mask was she didn't wear it correctly, she asked me if must she suffocate her self is she's feeling hot.

I would write a whole book with the way I was treated by her at that store and I wouldn't even recommend it to someone.
