Express lane for 12pcs items, taking customer with 4 full basket of groceries - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

It was so frustating incident i have experience in PuregoldJr Baclaran branch, All cashier having long line and I was in the express lane in which 12pcs allowed, unluckily, there was a customer first in the line with 4 baskets with her and we ask the supervisor why it happens?and she just replied,we need to wait until the transaction finished, She do not even give emphaty to the customers at the back who fall in line carrying 12 items only. There were 3 customers walk out including me because I could not wait for long time in the line,indeed,before I enter the store I need only important items so I can go to express lane counter, Please investigate this incident at review the footage of the cctv around 6:15Pm today September 18, 2020. Only 3 cashier available and very long line,try to catch those customers who walk out and so upset, there was a supervisor roaming around wearing redpoloshirt, she just looking in the area and do nothing even she did not advise the customer who has 4baskets right before approaching the cashier, she could have do alternate solution on it, Please hire a supervisor with a quality mind set, has since of urgency and ownership, the staff seems hurrying to go out at 7pm. I was upset because I have wet items in my basket chicken and pork but I went out because it would take 30minutes to finish that customer with 4baskets in the cashier.
