Sales issue - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeI made a purchase on my vodacom app last month using my bank card, I didn't receive anything from you guys and called in to enquire for more than an hour talking to different agents and they gave an email that I did send but no reply to that email as well.... Since this is just useless to me please refund my money that used to purchase I cannot wait in the dark for something that I purchased with my money.....
