Paid cash for couches/Sofas and still did not receive them - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Paid cash for couches/Sofas and still did not receive them. When delivered it was damaged and it was taken back. It was delivered again and it is still the same broken stuff. I would really appreciate some help
