My mom went to the Converge office in San Pablo City, but they did not entertain my mom even after giving them all the documents. I have paid in advance but CONVERGE did not reconnect my internet subscription. Customer service sucks. They are not very helpful even after filing several complaints.

internet connection. Pero may green light namn at nagbiblink Lang.mga kapitbahay ko may internet kami Lang wala. Anu ba problem sa connection
