Amount deducted without my knowledge - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I had a contract which expired in June and was not aware the contract ended. A higher amount which I did not arrange was deducted and now my outgoing calls are blocked. I never authorized the current amount I should have been notified and asked if I continue or not. That was never done so the number can be converted into a prepaid failure to do that will leave me with no option but to use different network
