Dear Vodacom,
I know you exist. I am a current Vodacom customer. I know what you sell, however, I WILL contact you when I need something. I cannot stand to be HARASSED by you with EIGHTEEN (18) spam calls a week - this will include the FIVE (5) I have received today.
If you are not aware of the contents of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI) which prohibits unsolicited direct marketing, I suggest you look it up- quickly.
If this continues, I WILL open a case of harassment at SAPS.

Comment Keep them on the line as long as possible. Tell them you're wasting their time and money for they I didn't on wasting yours. They finally stopped when I did that.
