No response on enquiry made on inst - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I sent a direct message on Instagram on 27 October asking about some servers I am interested in buying from pep home. To date no response has been given. Please help me locate these items and advise whether they can be sent to a Mpumalanga or Joburg store?
