My item has not been delivered yet - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought an Milano Entertainment unit on the 23rd of May and its has not been delivered till today, I have logged numerous complaints and got all the reference numbers but still no one phoned me and explained when will my item be delivered. your turn around time is 3-10 days but its been 7 weeks now. I am taking Bradlows to the media now you cannot take our monies and run your business while you don't deliver our items because I paid everything fully.
