Unnecessary charges and lack of communication - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have recently taken out a contract with you after being a prepaid customer for over 15 odd years and you guys really need to up-skill your customer service and communicate all costs to your customers.
 
The charge of R287.40 this was never communicated to me when I took the contract out and when I reversed the payment and called your "customer care line" it was NEVER told me that there is a penalty charge? 

Also since when do you charge customers for caller ID honestly its disgusting this was also NEVER communicated to me that this would need to be installed and then charged for every month over and above what I would already pay. 

For a loyal customer and prepaid customer your contract deals are shocking. Really disappointed in the lack of communication and service from you guys.
