Total outage no fibre available - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Firstly i had no joy of smooth delivery,i had constant network disruption from day one. I tried to communicate with customer care for months without satisfaction my situation didnt change. I came to the conclusion that Vodacom will not resolve my problem after finding out that the ticket was closed while i was still waiting for a resolution and cancelled my contract.
Now the situation escalated from occassional disruptions to a total outage. The frogfoot box is just dead with no light at all as from 16/11/2020. I then again communicated to customer care my problem and they said frogfoot has a problem on their side and they have logged a service request. Daily i have been calling being told the same story.
Today 19/11/2020 i asked for referrence number in frogfoots side to find out there is no request logged to frogfoot.
This is my last month with Vodacom but its becoming more unbarable.
