Poor customer service - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

In December 2020 I bought a lounge suit at Bradlows Grahamstown. They told me they will deliver the following week. To my suprise a day or two after the purchase they delivered. Within a week of receiving the goods I noticed that the fabric is tearing and so I went to the store and report the matter. They said they were going to exchange the lounge suit. It's been five months now no delivery. When I go to the store the lady manager always say she will follow up. The worse thing is when I called head office they say they can't help me I must go to the store. I asked if I can take back the goods to the store and they say it's within my right. But when I tell the store manager that she says the goods will be taken as reposesses. I have been paying for goods I am not satisfied with and that is so very unfair. The way I am angry I am scared the next tym I go to the store all will break loose. I want my money back I no longer want anything from Bradlows ever.

Good morning. On the 31 March 2021. I bought a coach at Rustenburg Bradlows under Eunice management. And after 2 weeks i realized that one coach is damaged and it was Zanzibar coach for R17 000.i complained at Rustenburg store and they lay complain to HO.on the 04 May 2021 they came for pick up that coach. 4 weeks after i got a cal from the driver telling me that they told him to return that coach and they refused to repair it and I told the driver i don't want it and he must return back. If they don't want to repair that sofa please refund my money so that I can buy somewhere else cause til today they never called and they just keep quiet. That is the service that i got from Bradlows. Tickets no 1000471089.
