Incorrect sizing and wrong pricing - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I purchased a school shirt at the gatesville branch and because i bought the incorrect size i went to the store in Westgate mall where i work to get a smaller size i was told i had to pay in as there was a discrepency with the price as they said gatesville didnt change their price..my problem that i have is why should i cover the cost for gatesville branch incompetence to have updayed their pricing and besides i will not be returning ever to that branch as they are the worst at customer service from all the stores that i ever visited and being an old loyal customer of pep i feel frustrated and dissapointed at the level of customer service that you get ...please address this matter as i will not be burdened with paying in the diffrence for someones incompetence and also Westgate malls staff wasnt very friendly and very unprofessional in the way they handled my dilemna.
