BLEACHED SHORTS - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I went to pay somethings and layby as well on the 2nd of March at 10:58,as I'm paying I could feel something cold on my arms, a few minutes later the lady assisting me says "I am sorry I forgot to tell you we applied bleach all over, we are trying to remove the marks on the side of the counter". So when I get home I see there are a few bleached marks on the shorts I was wearing
