A package was to be delivered to me yesterday Dec 15 2020, waybill number 1013144767, and delivery pin DN23VBWK the delivery man kept calling to ask for clear directions, on getting to the front of my house where I was standing waiting for him, he almost ran me over with his bus and he immediately started shouting at me that I’m forming big girl by giving him directions, that the next time I would come to the bustop to pick it up. I was confused and disappointed same time. Gig logistics needs to do better. I don’t think I would ever use or recommend you this company. It’s a shame.

My name is Daniel aluyi in vehincle number AYB 737 YD traveling from port harcourt to Lagos iyana ipaja route,29/11/20.6:45am. I have a complaint about captain Emeka who allegedly throw away my valuables at the Aj stop over in Warri. On getting back into the bus after a refreshment stop over, I noticed my packed chicken which was packed in a take way pack was missing. I asked the captain who claimed to have thrown it away mistaking it to be trash.the above item was packed in three take away packs sealed in a nylon bag. He threw it away without enquire. I find this to be unacceptable and a disposition of gross unaccountability and negligence. I want the esteemed Gigm management to apprehend the mentioned captain and get me a replacement thanks. Hope to get a prompt response.

I booked a GIGM going to Lagos from port Harcourt and i was told the bus would pick me up from my pick up point ny 7:02am today and i was there by 6:58.
The bus came around 7:45am. And your driver was even rude after keeping me on the way for almost an hour telling me i would have canceled the trip if i was tired of waiting. This is ridiculous, he couldn't even apologize as i have been the one calling him all this while.
The drivers name is chukuma Ejiofor with plate number AKU 15 yj.

21th of November 2020 I afekhume juliet came to your Akpapava branch in Benin city to use your logistic services which I sent a return product of item worth #36,000 to Lagos with waybil no 1031030527 to my notice the tracking shows its has been delivered but the beneficiary didnt get it.so I went to complain @ your branch were I sent it from but they re taken me for granted come today ,come tomorrow .Have called your care line and the logistic care line too no contract response .Am using this means to inform GIGM management for a quick response of a refund of the item as the next action will be legal and I will have to escalate my displeasure in all means.

Good afternoon,
I am currently at Ore, I boarded a GIG bus from Benin - Jibowu Lagos.
Getting to Ore, the bus captain pickup a GIG loader and was told by the captain to sit beside me. The loader sat on Sit 3,(there was no number sit) I asked the driver if he was not supposed to talk to me about it before asking the loader to come in and sit beside me considering the physical distancing protocol requirement by the Presidential Taskforce on COVID-19 anx in place by GIG. This captain insulted me and my dad verbally and requested that I exit the vehicle for a fight because I told him he was full of himself for not talking to me before his action.
I need your office to investigate this i didn't asap because I have video clips of the incident and I will take this to the highest level I can.
Attached to this email is my receipt.

So I booked an online ticket to move from Enugu to Ajah, Lagos and the departure time of the vehicle was scheduled for 7:45am. I got there by 7:30am and was told the vehicle had departed already. I was greatly disappointed because the manager in the Enugu branch made little or no effort in making suitable amends.

Your services and customer relations are going down hill fast. And your eccommerce partners are the ones losing. A package that takes 2 days to deliver before in Lagos now takes 5 days or more. And sometimes buyers are forced to pay extra to transport themselves to your office to go and pick up packages that was supposed to be delivered to them in their homes. Not everyone can do this and sometimes they abandon the packages. We are the ones losing because whether an order is delivered or not our wallets will be debited. Twice. If the people in charge of delivery can't do their job they should quit and make way for serious minded and capable people. I started using GIGL because of their efficiency and prompt order delivery, that is not the case now. Your nonchalant customer care don't bother to reply emails when you send them a complain, question or suggestion. I'm the one that usually reminds them to update the status of orders when it gets delivered. And when I do, it always takes more than 3 emails before I can get them to notice and reply me. I used to get paid weekly now it takes 2 to 3 weeks before I can get my money. And when I do, they always deduct almost 400 naira for "processing". Why so much? You are not sending the money from abroad. The straw that broke the camel's back was my order that failed today. I shipped on Friday. The Iyana Ipaja office supposed to deliver it on Saturday or latest Monday. But they did not. The first time it went out for delivery was on Tuesday. Buyer waited for them the whole day, but nobody called her. On Wednesday, they called. She told them that she was not around. The delivery people termed the order failed and processed it for return. I lost over a thousand naira and a chance to make a sale because of your staff laziness and unprofessional nonchalant attitude.The only reason I'm still using GIGL is because of COD. I'm searching, and once I find another courier with better service that offers COD, our partnership will cease to exist. Unless you improve and hire competent people who are willing to do their jobs.

I ordered for a product which was sent to gig on 29th April from warri to be delivered to Calabar,I have been to the office on the 4th of May which I was told that my order just left Lagos, since on 29th April and my order is just leaving Lagos on the 4th of May, and I went there again and I was told the order hasn't arrived and till date my order haven't arrived my destination. Does it take a whole year to get an order delivered from warri to Calabar,or does it take thousand years for an order to leave Lagos and arrive Calabar. Even if am to travel to Lagos by land, I will arrive Lagos that same day, why then will it takes a delivery company 2 full week to arrive Calabar in order to release people order.
Am so disappointed, first time am trying gig am getting this kind of negative attitude.

COMPLAINT #3062 - Delivery Issues
Took bus from Akowonjo terminal to Enugu this morning 7/1/20 only for the bus to break down at Berger. Another bus from Jibowu was called only to break down at Ore by 7.00pm. All passengers are stranded and are looking for alternative as the driver can not do anything. This is frustrating.
