I booked online from Asaba to Lagos our car is still on d road. It has spoilt like 4times and we are stillvon the road. Non of the gigm drivers passing are stopping to ask what was wrong. You pple are putting our lives in danger,we are at agbor now and still nothing is been done. Driver name sunny, plate number AGB 209 YV.

We were delayed for an hour because of a passenger from 6:00 to 6:50 and presently we are parked in Egbeda waiting for a customer

This is unfair and unjust and pure evil with the situation of things in the country

This company has the worse courier service,my customer has told me I'll receive this parcel for weeks now (like middle of March) and you won't bliv I've still not gotten it making my customer feel disappointed and making it seem like I'm lying...my parcel has supposedly been with this company since on the 2nd of April(cos that's what they told me and I chose to give Dem the benefit of doubt) and I've been calling their customer service since,at times they pick and tell me funny stories like my parcel is with a dispatch rider and that my report is being taken to a team....how can my parcel be with a dispatch rider since on the 3rd(since they said it cudnt leave on the 2nd as it arrived to their office that day) and today is 6th and my parcel still hasn't reached me?....what is going on,this is bad for business..please let them deliver my parcel so I never have to deal with this incompetence again....they spoke about waybill tracking on their site and can't even give me the exact location of my parcel, they can't give details on the whereabouts of goods received from customers...I'm so disappointed and so certain I won't be a customer to this liar of a company.

I booked from Ikotun, Lagos branch to Utako, Abuja on 30/03/2021 and paid the sum amount of #14490, preferred seat no. 2. I was called on 31/03/2921 evening around 6pm by GIGM that I was the person that booked from Ikotun, Lagos to Utako, Abuja. I was rerouted to Akowonjo, Lagos branch. On getting there, I noticed that the ticket price at Akowonjo was #13,300. I made a request of refund from the #14490 I paid but GIGM could not refund my balance despite the inconvenient device I received.
I look forward getting positive response from you.

This is the worst trip I have ever done with GIGM. The irresponsible driver of my bus abandoned me at a dangerous spot at the outskirts of Benin, vehemently refusing to drop me off at the designated GIGM park within the city.
I was essentially stuffed into a tightly packed cab without apology and left to my fate.

This is completely unacceptable as it rubbishes the brand reputation GIGM has struggled to build over the years.

Employees like Mr Edjeba should not be allowed to continue to get away with such level of reckless disregard of their assigned responsibilities.

Good morning

Please recalling the transactions I was debited twice for 9,100.00 on the 12th of February 2021, the first being Paystack and second being pos transaction at your ajah branch for a trip to Benin,the second was initiated because the attendant informed me that he didn't see the transaction and the payment would surely be reversed.

Upon visiting the branch to confirm the reason why I wasn't updated on the transaction since my bank confirmed payment was successful. My details were only collected by the attendant at ajah branch that I'll be called that I should just hold on. I asked her for a number to call she said I shouldn't worry that I'll be called. Till date I haven't be called.

This is to inform you that I want to use my pending 9,100 for my Asaba trip happening on Friday 26th March 2020, and I will pay whatever the balance of the transaction.

Writing to let you know that the captain of bus 211 that Moved from uselu terminal today 5th feb never insulted the man in front with him and whatever the man will write about the captain is not true cause he's writing to report the captain. He refused crossing over that he must be picked from the fuel station on the opposite lane, the captain turned and picked him yet he's still complaining who does that after delaying us smhh

I had a very horrible experience at your terminal today. I booked 3 days ahead of my travel date to travel with 9am Sienna car from Asaba to Lagos Ajah on your app. I got to the terminal this morning and I was informed that the Sienna is no longer available. I was made to join the rickety looking hiace bus. While the bus was loading a lady came out and to my suprise she was booked to use the same Sienna I was told it wasn’t available. Now inside the bus it was too uncomfortable cos it was carrying a lot of luggage’s, inconveniencing passengers. I will no longer use your services cos what happened today is highly unacceptable, I don’t see why I should be treated that way.

My order came into ph since Friday 22nd of January,I paid for home delivery and I was sent a message saying that my order will get to me in 24hours,till now being 24th January I haven’t gotten it yet,if I should go to the park myself I’ll ask for a refund and I must be refunded because there’s no need paying for home delivery if I’ll have to go pick it up myself,your company is highly unreliable and I won’t even use it again to talk of recommending it to someone else,please look into this issue

I boarded a bus this morning from Lagos-Ikotun to Uyo.The bus stopped just outside Lagos to do alignment,afterwards moved to ore,stopped and refused to start.Driver was able to fix the battery head and the journey continued The bus started bringing out smoke from the engine just outside Onitsha.Driver called Asaba and Owerri,no immediate response until 20 mins later Asaba responded that a bus was been fixed before sending down to meet us.A gigm bus now stopped and refused to take us to owerri with the flimsy excuse that when he gets there he will be asked to take us to Uyo.We were left stranded there for another 1hour,driver refused to wait for bus coming from Asaba to pick us and forced us into an uncomfortable bus,and collected extra money from us.This act is really not a nice way for treating customers who trust you to hold your own end of the bargain after paying for the service.I hope this is looked into and not allowed to repeat itself.

On september 22 2020 i came to the abuja terminal at utako, after clearing my ticket, my lauggage was stole inside the waiting launge, i quickly called the attention of the branch manager Mr. Shola, he totally neglected my request and refused attending to me, he kept on delaying till my bus boarded and since then has refused to take my calls or give me a feedback on the cctv camera feed. Till now, my documents, laptop,backup hardrives , ID cards, atms,personal belongs, was in that bag. I have been to abuja again to complain yet i still get that push away attitude from him, he refused even seeing me or wanting to address the issue

I joined the second bus from Owerri to Lagos this morning (Friday, 8 January 2021). I noticed the impatience, insolence and very rude behavior of the ladies dispensing tickets.

The bus meant for 8:30 started loading at 9. The bus was loaded with luggage. No social distancing whatsoever. The bus was missing one rear break light. No explanation for this.

Thoroughly disappointed to think that I was happy to pay a premium for this.

And yet on the 26th which is today, I am still yet to receive my purchase and customer care line isn't responding. It is quite alarming.

Good day!I got a message on Monday 21st of December, 2020 at 10 am telling me I will receive my package(waybill number:1013146091) in 24 hours time. I am making this complaint today 24/12/2020 at 10.59 am. I went to the GIG office at Ibadan yesterday the 23rd of December, 2020 and it was not there, I called the dispatch person who promised to deliver it to me in 30 mins time yesterday but I am yet to receive as at today.

Your customer service person at stadium road port Harcourt terminal sold out my seat for another pessanger for personal gain.tge fare to Iyana apaja is 13800 but the passenger that arrived late gave her something higher and she had the effrontery to sell my ticket and seat to another passenger.

Your customer ticketing staff sold out my seat to a passenger who just got to the terminal stadium road pH today 22 Dec 2020.


This is very unacceptable by me and she saw no reason to apologize whatever.

I was embarrassed, disappointed and later asked to join a dilapidated bus going to another destination other than mine yet I paid 12700,


I demand an apology from this staff who seemed not to regret her action whatsoever.

I was at the terminal since 5.00am but left by 8:30am.

This lady needs to be restrained cos she's one of those that may likely bring down your business.

Right now LIBRA MOTOR, YOUR CLOSE COMPETITION WILL SOON TAKE COS ITS LIKE CUSTOMER IS NOW OVERWHELMING HENCE THE ILL AND SHABBY TREATMENT METTED OUT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

This morning on the 22Dec 2020, I went to your terminal at stadium road portharcourt,to pay for a vehicle to Iyana apaja Lagos.i had 12000 on me but fare was 13800, I tried pos it kept declining but I was trying to get cash but to no avail.but at the very niche of time I got 2k for somewhere but the customer service right before me sold out my seat to a passenger that just arrived.leaving me stranded not minding that I got there since 5am.

I am demanding a redress of this wickedness from this female staff of GIGM istadium road terminal portharcourt that metted out wickedness to me.

This staff made me lose my bus and later was proving right not remorseful at all could not even apologize.


I left portharcourt by 8.30am to Lagos.Joining another route in a bus that almost aborted my pregnancy.

GIGM I believe is flourishing on the good service created by the owners.

I tell you if you don't address issues like this, in the next future ,some of this wicked staff of yours will ruin your service quality and thereby reduce passengers patronage.

This maltreatment should be addressed.

I WAS MALTREATED, EMBARRASSED AND THEY CAUSED TEARS TO RAIN DOWN MY EYES TO MY FACE AND CHEEKS

I happen to witness the rudeness and ill manners displayed by one of your drivers who almost ran into my cousin intentionally right in front of me. Dec 15th.
He said abusive words like he was being forced to perform his job or like he wasn’t paid for it...
I’m sure you guys appreciate reviews hence I’m dropping this here
As a matter of fact, we just made our last mistake, it’s not happening again! Not when poorly trained drivers still work there.
Till that very day, I didn’t know men could stoop so low to being both petty and immature at the same time.
Please, for the sake of your company address him as soon as possible before any more damages are made!
Responsible and well trained drivers with proper home bringing will give you positive reviews.
