Gud afternoon I buy chillz in ministop shell mayamot in marcos highway then I sew the crew preparing my order then I ask her that you don't have a toppings the she said none I said really then I point my hand to back of the crew and said so what is that its cookies toppings right then the crew was shocked coz I sew it...then she didn't give me a receipt

Hi,
We purchased a chicken bucket of 6 spicy and a 1pc regular chicken among other items in your Aurora branch, near chinese general hospital a while ago.
to our surprised, the chicken was so dry , dark and seems like some pieces was fried twice.
my families lovely dinner turned into a disaster because of your supposed to be good fried chicken.
We have been a loyal consumer of your brand even if on some occasion, service is really bad, whick we can let bypass. But i think, this is something we can not just easily let go, given that the money spent was hard earned money, specially now a days.
i have pictures, some which i will attached and i am seriously hoping that you would get in touch and do explain things to us. we do not want this to go further than me reaching out to you, and hoping that i do not need to post this into social media platforms or even file a case in the DTI. for i myself do work in a restaurant.

I just went to your branch at Alpan 1A, just to hope to purchased the ongoing promo,P50 CHICKEN , I was told by the cashier that before you avail it you need to purchase P50 on regular item PER CHICKEN? PLS CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG , if ever I bought 6 pcs, which is 50 each + 50 reg. item so the total will be P600, eh ang chx nyo f d nka promo P75 lng if I am going to get it na reg Php 450 lng ang mggastos ko,so nag promo kau to get us fool...pls paki xplain po ito, today ako ngpunta s branch nyo around 630-645 pm, unlike sa branch sa my imus cityhall hinde ganito ang system, and the cashier told me that I dont have a choice, dahil spicy lng ang available... pls let me know the mechanics of your on going promo.Thank u and stay safe.,

Palage akong bumibili sa ministop Magsaysay brgy. manggahan pasig..all of the sudden Nung magbabayad na ako bigla naging 360 na ang bucket of 6 ng chicken nag taas na daw presto nila Kaya nagtataka ako Kasi Yan palage pasalubong ko sa pamilya ko every night Kada tapos ko mag grab so ang Alam Kong price nyan is 340 bakit bigla nalang tumaas Kaya hindi ko na pinatuloy order ko Kasi parang may Mali sa presto at parang may Mali sa staff ng ministop magsaysay brgy. Manggahan Pasig....then now lumipat ako sa ministop cainta Kasi hnd ako natunawan sa price na sinabi ng staff ng Magsaysay ministop at need ko bumili kasi pasalubong ko sa family ko Yun ayoko Naman umuwi ng walang dala so ang price dto sa ministop cainta is 340 at nag ask ako sa staff dto Kung parepareho Lang prices ng mga store and ang Sabi yes ...so Tama ako may something sa staff ng mini stop Magsaysay bkakit kelangan patungan Yung price

Last 21 March 2021 around 1700H to 1800H. I've tried to order 6 pcs of spicy chicken for dinner. They refuse to sell me even its available. Their excuse was the fryer was cleaned and its needs to pre-heat it takes time to cook spicy chicken. I told them I can wait until 9pm to 10pm. I can come and collect the item. But still they refuse to sell.
I really don't know what going on. To many excuses. They should close the store if they don't want to sell. Its very frustrating special its still early and I'm hungry. and I know its available they just doesn't want to cook the freaking chicken.
I hope you guys will do something with it unprofessional staff. The staff need to be train on how to handle customers.

I am a regular customer of ministop in Cainta rizal in robinson Cainta, but I incounter your girl employee several times... please tell if she doesn't want to work or doesn't want to sell anything just tell the costumer... she's to much for me to handle..I don't think it's proper to dropped act your costumer just because your not interested in...and one more thing please tell her if she doesn't want to heat a cold chicken just don't burn cause no one will eat a burn food

My brother is having his meal silently without complaining because he thinks that the chicken is normal as usual but he cant endure it at the end. He asks me if it is normal to smell unusual since we barely buy the chicken of ministop.
I smelled it and it really smells rotten. Idk how to explain it but we can't go back to the branch since its already 4 in the morning. We bought it 2hrs ago. I feel sorry for my brother because he almost ate it all before complaining, since we never experienced this kind of inconvenience in ministop he endured the smell and taste because he thinks that it is still good.
I hope your staff doesnt sell rotten chicken to the take out orders. We pay right, they shouldnt give us a piece of junk just because it is for take out.

Nagpunta ako ng store ng ministop para bumili ng 2 pcs chicken, pagdating q sabi ng bagong guard ay 17mins pa dw kasi niluluto pa. Kaya uupo sana aq kaso ayaw ipakuha ng guard yung upuan, dahil hanggang 8pm lang dw yun pwede gamitin. Eh paano nangyari yun e ang tagal q na halos araw araw bumibili sa store na yun nagagamit nman ng mga tao ang upuan, customer nman ang mga uupo at naghihintay para sa niluluto na chicken, kunsidirasyon nman sana. C manong guard never ginawa na pinag damot ang upuan ndi q alam kung utos ba ng management or yung bagong guard lang talaga. 24hrs open ang store niyo tas ipapagamit niyo ang upuan hanggang 8pm lang, pwede lang umupo yung dine in! Nkakainis lang kasi customer ako palagi sa store niyo tas ganun!!

At December 4, 2020 11:22 Pm at Ministop Montalban Town Center branch has a Service Crew (FEMALE crew stationed in Cashier at that moment) who has a bad attitude towards their customer the way she talk to customer is improper and disrespectful then not informing their Gcash system have a problem, I already sent a gcash bill to their gcash acct/number during the process then they charge us for the payment 2nd time because they argue us that there is a problem on their gcash. So why they don't tell me before? And they want me to comeback again tommorrow for that purpose??? And they show me an ill attitude then. Hopefully my manager from my work and my co-worker lend me some actual bills for the 2nd charge of their payment. And another thing they didnt issue me a official receipt for my items that supposedly applied in their SOP. I have my proof including their CCTV footage! Is this how MINISTOP's Crew trained to face and talk to their customers? Without manners and without standard procedures? Can you please do something about this issue because as I knew Im not the only customer who is experience this type of customer CARE????.
