I bought two beds at Sleepmasters Ridge centre in Durbanon on 08/12/2019,the foam on both the beds have collapsed,under one year.My family is having uncomfortable sleep since we are now sleeping on springs.We are waking up in the mornings with severe body pains.I went to the branch,lodged a claim over a month ago at the branch,no help up until now.I went to the branch several times,manager keeps telling me that suppliers tried calling me buti was not answering(impossible).
I phoned the head office,spoke to a lady,gave her my complaint,she told me they will contact me within 24 hrs,also gave me her name and ref no,nobody phoned in that 24 hrs.I decided to phone the head office,spoke to a guy,gave him the ladies name who I spoke to and ref no,he then tells me,there's nobody by that name works there.I then again give this guy my complaint.He then tells me to wait 24hrs for a response.

It seems like a on an on saga with these people.

I'm now regretting purchasing these beds from sleepmasters.

I humbly ask of you to attend to this matter urgently.

I bought a bed on lay buy on the 28 august 2020, I was asked if I will need transport and I pay even for transport, on the 05 November went to store to paid up for my product I was told that the delivery will be on monday the 09 november 2020 its they rule which I was never told the day I made laybe , I was told I will get my thing sometimes. I was promises by the store that I will get my bed on saturday, but to my suprises I was callby the wharehouse on friday and told that my delivery will monday, I told them that I was promise for Saturday delivery not monday delivery, I told the lady that I need my bed on saturday not monday. She said she will inform the store that I need my bed on Saturdays. Saturday pass without receiving any bed. On monday around 12:15 I called the store to enquire about my delivery and told that I was called on friday and say I no longer want the bed I will come to store to collect my money .which I dont remember saying it. Up to now I dont have a bed while I have paid 8200 at sleepmasters, your service it to poor , you don't take customer serious.

I bought a queen bed 4900.00 cash on the 29th of Nov 2019.until now i havent received the bloody bed..its just lies and lies from the warehouse to head office about the bloody delivery..stop delivering the bed i will go and take a refund because i am sick n tired bcz of pathological liars.You do not know how to attract customers but all you are good at is to push them away with your unprofessionalism..I want my full refund

Hammarsdale Sleepmasters, with a poorest service I never came across with. I made a lay-buy a bed in December but due to the circumstances that were beyond my powers, I had to cancel the lay-buy. They can't do the refund in store and their head office is taking for ever just to do a refund or money transfer. They took all needed documents, promise to transfer my money but 10 working days is long over due and i haven't received my money.

I bought sleep master bed in 2018 with a five years quantity guarantee but now it has a sound as if I sleep on carbords and it not comfortable it's like I am sleeping on a table can you please help me I believe there is a factory fault. 0786868056.
