SportyBet Nigeria Complaints

I received three debit alerts on my phone on the 3rd of October 2020 at around 10pm and the debit alert shows that the money was debited by SportyBet. I laid a complaint to my bank and interswitchLAN and also SportyBet via Twitter. interswitchLAN told me the money was traced to a Stanbic IBTC bank and I should contact my bank immediately which I did afterwards my account, ATM, online mobile banking was frozen even till now. Only for me to get a message from my bank telling me that SportyBet said the transaction was successful whereby I never authorized any transactions of such. The amount debited illegally is 22 thousand naira. I'm an orphan and God knows if I take this drastic step it won't be good for anyone of you. Please investigate and refund my money back.

Please I have been calling sporty bet for past 7 day now for them to get my account reactivated after I call them to restrict my account after finding out that it was compromised by some hackers.

I can say sportybet is yet to respond to any of us here. We all should know what to do. Because these fraudsters keeps defrauding people's money via sportybet account, while sportybet is silent about it. We need sportybet to respond to our cries.

Last two weeks ago my account was compromised by Fraudster and I immediately called on your customer service representative and requested for them to block my account which they did for 4 days after then I changed my password and withdrawals pin and send them a mail to reactivate my sportybet account back only for them to place self exclusion notice till October 2029. I open another account with phone no:07089755335 and could not link my BVN please I really need you to fixed my challenge

On the 17th of November at around 9.24pm. I received 5 consecutive unauthorized transactions on my GTB Bank account to SportyPay/SportyBet.

First withdrawal: N50,000
Second: N100,000
Third: N100,000
Fourth: N100,000
Fifth: N30,000

I typically used to bet small amounts, but all my funds meant for my business were unscrupulously withdrawn. Despite calls to reverse the transactions through your app. Nothing was done and the funds were used to bet and a bulk of it was transferred to 8 multiple accounts with Stanbic IBTC.

My name is Onome Mark Djukpan. My funds were withdrawn from my bank account illegally without permission and used to play bets. Also my bet account was hacked and used to play games and withdraw winnings. I want my money refunded with immediate effect or face a lawsuit.

My account was debited today around 8am consecutively removing money from my bank account ON THE 27/10/2020.
I had to go to my bank (GTB) to block the card and account ......they removed my money (N107,000)till it remains 806naira please do something fast about this.... my account number is 0217516366
resolving this crime will be highly appreciated and will also claimed your innocent and will not attached you to de-frunding act.

Some logged into my sportybet account, withdrew all the money there,and also all the money in my account.changed my password and blocked my account. I didn't go in to your bet but evening I just seen alert from my bank account that PG-S/PORTYP Y deduct my 50k without going in to your bet and change my password immediately so for this reason refund my money in to my account before i take some necessary step on it i will not delete any of the message and its going to be an evidence for me in the court of law. I was debited amount of 30k by these so called scammers who i think infiltrated your firewall in sportybet. Of which they are your agent. Sportybet, you would have to refund my money and of those who have been debited. Or else, we all file a lawsuit against your company which may lead to it's downfall. Good day Sportybet customer care headquarter Nigeria I am the mother of Samuel James whom one of your customer played with my account on first of October 2020 which ur I immediately complained to ur customer care and some instruction was given to my son and we followed it by sending his Ids statement of account that d money was dudcted by online Sportybet. We have being calling wasisting credit without any picking the call. B4 submission of the ids he saw some amount came back to his Sportybet account we try to transfer the money into my account and his account all to no avail. In 2 different days with the amount on record. Pls we sent all u requer waiting for the money to use it for family issues today is 26th day now what is happening let me know if I can involve our family lawyer about it my complaint is with first bank where u people deducted my money . for Sportybet office to call my son that they noticed abnormal withdrawal from his account he should give them his pin so that the money will be pay back and he refused to comply. I was debited of 33,000 naira in my account without making any deposits to my Sportybet account,which has been dormant for a while now. I contacted my bank,they told me payment was made through Paystack and so after contacting Paystack,i was informed that the debit was made from my Sportybet account which no one had access to. I called the Sportybet customer care, did a live chat and was assured of full reactivation with 24hours. After the first 24hours without any progress, I contacted their customer care line again,where I was asked to verify my Date of Birth,using my BVN which I did and informed them via the email that was sent to me. By this time, I had already reset my password and withdrawal pin and was asked to wait another 72hours. I have waited for 72hours and yesterday again,after contacting the Customer care line, I was asked to wait for another 24hours which I have done now,but I am yet to withdraw my funds or even place a bet. It's also showing me that I can't withdraw all the money on my account. This is the first betting site with so much problems. And I have told them I will take this issue to court if it's not done within today,on the instructions of my father. Thanks

I had to block my atm card on my phone ......they removed my money till it remains 543naira pls do something fast about this....

On the 20/10/2020 I got a call from your staff that told me that I'm qualified for 30,000 bonus that I should call any OTP I received for him unknown to me that he will deduct money from my bank account I gave him my OTP but immediately after that I got a debit of #20,000 on my bank account and my sporty bet account was hacked please kindly reverse the money back to my account and unblock my sporty bet account please my phone number is 07035015225

On 4am 20th oct my money the sum of 30200 was taken from my Zenith Bank account without my consent I don't understand how we are supposed to feel safe with sportybet when our money can be taken from our account at any time without our knowledge. Please refund me my money this is very unfair.

I withdrew some amount of money from my Sportybet account, I was debited instantly but I did not receive any credit alert into my bank account since a week ago..
I have made several calls and messages but nothing has been done..they seem to be taking me as a fool
