I bought a meal from Groblesdal outlet and I got a feather on my lovely drumstick piece of the meal I'm so heartbroken to see such from Chicken lickin...I expected high quality meal from you guys

The are cutting the meat (umqolo) also they don't put sources even the drumstick was to small. Sametime they don't put napkins to wipe your self aslo Sametime they don't put chips an source

I placed a telephone order for collection at the chicken licken at The Reef. I was told that I needed to pay at the counter to collect my order. I got there, paid for my order and ended waiting for 56 minutes. Customers who ordered at the counter came and left and I was still waiting.

Worst part is that I my telephone order was placed 25 minutes before going to the shop. It is absolutely ridiculous.

U ARE SELLING DAD CHICKEN. I JUST HAD TO PUT YOUR FOOD IN THE BIN . I'M SO DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVES.AN ITS NOT THE FAST TIME.WHAT U ARE GOING ITS VERY WRONG.

I bought Rock my Soul 3 Straight and Licken Loaf the chicken were not well cooked I took it back the manager assisted me and change it is not nice when you enjoying your meal you find that some pieces are not well cooked,but I was happy the way the manager assisted without asking questions and change it herself

I went to Mamelodi chicken licken situated at Mamelodi gardens next to BP garage on Friday 03/06/20 and bought six pieces with a portion of chips. On my arrival at home which is in Mamelodi west I discovered that the pieces as well as the portion of chips were not up to standard. I therefore immediately drove back to return and spoke to the manager by the name of Dinah Ramoroka of which at first they were reluctant to assist me and said it's a problem from their supplier of which I was not willing to agree to. I then explained the challenge of having to drive up and down at my expense considering the fact that I was not assisted in an acceptable manner and I only got an apology by word of mouth from the manager after I demanded her to exchange and provide me with proper products. I feel she was very inconsiderate and not helpful. I tried calling the complaint line several times without any success.

I'm a loyal chicken licken client and close by my work place never ever have we been previously told about drive through its one ring for one person not more than one order per car I explained to the lady that I have never been told that and she insisted that it's the rule of chicken licken since the beginning and she further gave us attitude

Today 25/05/2020 I ordered 24 wing via uber eats my order was not delivered the uber person took time and never delivered my order i request my refund since i never got my order from clive.

Morning i ordered 2 boxes of Rock my soul on the 27th of june2020 but could not be deluverd due to the uber driver does not deliver at location..but already the money had already went off from my account...can it be reversed to my acoount plz coz on the 28th i went to the store at JABULANI but was not helped

On the 04 May 2020 my daughter asked for chicken licken so we drove to a place where i could pick up chicken licken because from home i was unable to pick it up on the app. My order was placed at 15:39 and the estimated delivery time was 16:28. So around 16:45 i called the lady said she cant help me the system is offline so i waited for while and then used the thumbs down on the app about 5 times then someone calls only to tell me my order was not picked because the could not get hold of chicken licken Menlyn , the guy offered to re-order, refund of give a voucher so i told Phendla lets re-order i will wait after about 15 minutes he calls back to inform me that there is no one to deliver so the only option i had was to take refund and go home. This was my first time using this app and Mr D delivered the worst experience ever.

Am a regular customer of the chicken licken in Pretoria cbd prinsloo str opposite reserve bank... I walked to the store on the 11th of November 2019 nd I asked for the toilet as I was pressed,nd the two managers where standing next to the till, names are Bella & Philani, as I asked for the toilet key philani answered me - u need to buy something den I can give u the key to the toilet, the response came by surprise to me cause the whole stuff knows me I get to buy the chicken 4 to 5 in a week den u was diprived to use the toilet, that was redilous, I was decided to go else immediately to go hell myself den came back to the store to get the food, nd as i was waiting for my order, I asked one of the stuff members as for where I can raise my complaint, nd the lady ddnt know also where I could send my complaint to, her name is Beuty... I had to find out myself how to raise this complaint, I really feel that this was worst poor service I've ever had my whole intire life... Nd this was not the only matter, the other one happened nd I dicided to try correct it the manager only, Wich is Bella again, this was because the chicken was not well cooked.. But the same Bella reacted wierd wen I asked for the toilet nd the stuff as well... Am so so disappointed on the service I got...

Hi as a regular customer i know how my chicken should be but unfortunately the(six pieces) chicken i purchased from the Randfontein outlet was very disappointing especially when there was literally no famous Chicken Licken coating on it, we love Chicken Licken but that evening my family and i were very disappointed..it was disgusting..had to throw it away..please give the staff more training on how to do it right.Thanks Kind Regards Bash.
