We have took 35 minutes in jane furse chicken licken to have our order in drive thru..those people r very slow n we were having a kid in the car n the son was very hot..im not happy with their service at all

In Arbour crossing store, the staff don't know how to deal with customers, and showed a very bad attitude towards us as customers. Waited in drive thru for almost 35 minutes, when I got to the window, the Lady that was there just closed the window, without explaining any thing.

I went to chicken licken at Soshanguve Plaza on the 09th of January 2021 and bought rock my soul 6 and left the store. when I was on the way I decided to take out a piece and their meat was old and dry and the colour was showing that its an old meat. i took it back to the restaurant when i got there i showed to one of the staff members and complained about it the staff member was so rude to me and the other staff said yes the meat looks old and dry, i asked them to call out the manager for me and address the matter to him since i wasn't looking for any refunds but another meat instead he refunded me my money he was also very rude and told me that i should never set my foot in the restaurant ever again when i asked him for his name he didn't give me his name. the cashier's name whom i paid to is Seaki.

Yesterday I bought rock my soul 3 via Mr Delivery. When I was busy eating, I noticed Maggots. Then I contacted Chicken Licken Highveld Mall spoke to a lady, she said I must lay a complain with Mr Delivery. I'm disappointed because the food was cooked by them not Mr Delivery. This morning I sent the pictures at Mr D and minutes later I received a refund. But still I'm not satisfied because I've ate some of the chicken and what if I ate the Maggot?

went to chicken licken lyttelton .placed my order the lady was already irritated .no burgers no slyders no soul fire sauce no kiddies meal .paid went to pick up station no mini loaves ,the ,manager came ask for my money she gave it immediately without asking whats the problem .drove all the way from silver lakes never again .i mentioned to her rather close nothing to buy . need to find out is this the way a client gets treated and is this the standard of chicken licken tried calling complaints no joy

Please be advised that I found hair in wings, also the wings were very dry and too spicy as if someone poured an extra packet of spice in the them. I completely lost my apatite could not continue eating, This is very unprofessional and sets a bad reputation for Chicken Licken. I am very unhappy regarding this issue, I tried to call the Soshanguve Plaza branch to advise them about this matter and there is no answer Your prompt respond will be highly appreciated

With regards to the above mentioned complaint I received a telephone call from the Soshanguve branch manager, he called to apologies for any inconvenienced caused by his staff members. he further advised that he had summoned them and brought the matter to their attention and acted accordingly. By the steps taken herein I am quite happy that something was done in this regard

I just went to kemptonpark chicken licken on drive around 9H30 wile i was trying to oder they they just kept quite i drove around and the lady working on drive through just shat the slide on on me. Last night we ordered Chicken Licken from Ferndale via Mr. Delivery. It was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was hard, dry and bony. the end of the rolls were rock hard...no exaggeration.... when we phoned them to complain, they were very rude. My husband then drove there to show them what was delivered. They were blaming Mr delivery for this HOW??? I don't know. Later that evening the owner Mohammed phoned and when we told him about it, he said that we must contact Mr delivery as its their problem. My point is... you guys make the chicken they just deliver. Also we have never ha a problem like this when we buy in the store, but twice now we have a problem when it is delivered. So are they giving all the old food for deliveries ????

i work for Nedbank LTD and i went to Chicken Licken at Gateway next to Game store in Umhlanga. the cashier Siphesihle Mlambo was so rude to me, i asked her to tell me different types of wings meals they have and she rudely responded and said 'i don't know' i ened up buying something i don't want. she did not want to help me at all and was shouting at me.

I ordered wings at Thabong shopping complex in sebokeng around their knocking off time. Just after paying even before I can put my wallet back in the pocket she chased me out of the store. She didn't even have a name tag. I did get a she's Queen and she's the manager there.

I went to the Chicken Licken at Pan to buy hot wings deluxe...i had R50,00 cash and I used it to pay...then i realized that the meal doesn't come out with the sauces,..i asked the Florence if i can swipe for those sauces since I didn't have cash, she advised that they can swipe for R20,00 upwards...then i asked Ivy whom I was advised that she is the manager to at least give me just one sauce or reverse the whole transaction so that I can swipe for my meal with the sauces and she advised that they don't reverse the transactions ..i mean really..what harm would JUST ONE SOURCE MAKE? Fine if they can't give me the cause why can't they reverse the whole transaction so that i can swipe with my card....now i have to eat the wings without the source,...this is really so disappointing!

I bought a Boerie Burger at the Newcastle branch opposite the McDonald's franchise and believe me, that was "The Worst Burger" I've ever eaten.
The foundation of a burger is the patty and there's 2 patties in your burger and l was double-dissatisfied with the rubber cardboard type patty that was in your burger.
Gosh, do you people even taste your own products?
The manager said that people love this burger!
People with no tastebuds wouldn't eat this burger.
My friend took just one bite and basically put it away.
I honestly told the manager to just sell chicken wings and pieces because that burger just made me wish of the older times of Stumo's Special burger (now that was a burger/sandwich), and not this pathetic burger that you'd expect us to swallow.
This isn't a complaint!
It's an eye-opener!
Keep to what you know, which is over-salty fried chicken or do something about your burger patty because either your'll don't know about taste or your'll haven't tested your products before leaving your test facility.
I doubt it's difficult to have public reviews before adding tasteless, unappealing products to your menu.

Good Evening,
My fiancé and I was at your branch at Midway Mews, Midrand this afternoon (5th September @ around 3pm). We entered the store and I was holding his Hand keeping a distance from the other people. Your manager Benjamin humiliated us and refused to serve us because we were holding hands and apparently we were not socially distanced from each other.
He was extremely rude, racist and insulted us in front of other customers. There were 3 other customers who stood up for us and told him that he can’t be so rude and we were distant from other people so it does not matter. Another lady even asked him why they not chasing her because she was standing next to her family however he did not want to hear a word.
He continued to insult us and refuse to serve us. I never felt so humiliated in my life like how I was treated at your branch. I cannot believe this is the service chicken licken gives to their loyal customers and I usually buy from there at least once a week. Benjamin refused to give me the managers number and said that he is the manager and he will do whatever he likes.
I hope you take my complaint seriously and do something about it. Racism is not tolerated in South Africa and I will put this on social media and take it to the papers if chicken licken does not do anything about it.

There is not a single time out of the many many times that I visited the Malvern chicken licken in Durban and never had issues with this place. Their service stinks. I complained to the staff they just snub me. The funny thing is that I love chicken licken and am afraid that is going to change soon because of this specific outlet in my area, sad indeed.

I have bought Chicken Licken twice this week, the first time at Festival Mall and then Croyden this is in Kempton park. We are all been ripped off somehow during this pandemic but I tell I cannot accept this. The wings that you are now selling are pathetic little things that should not be sold or even cooked for that matter. How do you even consider giving this to a customer.I am angry because I was fooled twice. I though it was a problem in the one store hence me trying another. I will not recommend anybody to buy Chicken Licken hot wings.
