Today I wanted to buy hot wings at chicken lickin Mokopane, I was holding a Tops Liquor plastic bag with bottle of wine inside, at the door was a security guard who told me that alcohol is not allowed in the store also that I should live my alcohol outside, I calmly refused and ask him to show me a signage that says we aren't allowed to enter the store with alcohol. The guard called the store manager incharge " Alex" Who also failed to show me the signage as he also insisted that I am not allowed to enter the store, he strongly told me if I'm not gonna live my alcohol outside then I should live his store. The manager then agreed to show me the signage about alcohol not being allowed, this guy thought I am stupid and not educated, he showed me a signage writing Haalal and asked me do you know what Haalal is, the store manager claimed that Haalal is alcohol. I told him this says nothing about alcohol, but then the guy insisted that I should go out of the store pulling my hand and I asked him to stop. This manager also went to an extent of telling me that we both are black people and should understand, then I told him please don't talk about coulour as I'm am only asking to see a signage that says I'm not allowed into the store when I have alcohol inside my plastic bag. I was so treated like trash in his so called store and was not able to buy what I came to the store for.

i would like to formally complaint about the service that i received at chicken licken vanderbijlpark. on the 26th and 30th of May 2021 i visited this outlet to buy my favourite meal and went to drive through to place my order, to my suprise i was told that the machine(speed point machine) was faulty and i have to drive to the nearby atm to withdraw the money and come back to pay for the order. i went and withdrawn money and came back to pay for the order. few days later on the 30 i came to order my favourite meal and this time i decided to que and proceeded inside the outlet for the order. on my arrival i had to wait while other consumers are being assisted because they had cash. the machines were a problem again. it is very dissappointing to have this big franchise who cannot service the customers.

I went to chicken licken Hillbrow to buy hotwing meal 8. I came back to work to enjoy my meal. While I was busy eating I noticed that some of the wings are not okay, but what confused me is that some where fine. At first I thought maybe I am wrong. Then I decided to open one wing and it was smelling bad. I was left with 3 wings when I go there. I asked for the manager and they told me that Nonhlanhla is the manager. I asked her to smell the wing and said its okay to her. She also asked one of all her employees and they confirmed that its fine to them. There was a lady who was waiting for her order and they asked her to smell the food and she said the wing is not okay. Nonhlanhla said there is nothing she can do and I must wait for the owner of the shop. I asked her what time is the owner coming and she said she does not know. I told her I'm on lunch and I need to go back to work. She didn't say anything and she just put 3 wings on the counter and didn't tell me anything. When my coleque noticed that I am not coming back he came to check and asked what's going on. I told him that they said I must wait for the owner and that's when they told me that my wings are on the counter. I was very furious as I waited for an hour busy searching for the cimplains department while I'm there and I was not winning. I ended up posting on Facebook hoping to get assisted. I am not pleased with the service and they don't treat ppl with respect. Hoping for this to change as the staff were very aware of this when mixing old wings and new wings. If I wanted this kind of service I would go to the ladies who sells at the streets. But I came to chicken licken to get good service and to be acknowledged. I ordered a 2 piece meal that came with 2 toast slices. My bread was dry like break crumps it was even breaking into pieces. My chicken was also dry the skin was even hurting my gums. I swear this meal was made for someone else and since I ordered online my used an opportunity to give it my driver. You'd think the meal was left uncovered for days.

Myself and my wife bought a soul mates party meal at the chicken licken park station we took a takeaway upon since we didn't have breakfast we ate our meal 20min after purchasing it the wings were off they had that off taste u could taste it under that heavy spice chilli taste we stopped eating immediately and we are traveling I'm so disappointed as chicken licken is our favorite, the experience has been ruined here is my receipt number it says serial number 10444 order number 3099 served by cashier Lorrain Moyo shift 1 time 10:40:15 please attend to this with haste as how many people has bought the off meat today nd I'm worried as we did consume some wings thinking it was just our taste buds imagine having a upset stomach in the morning I don't what's the reason for the branch to sell off meat or is it yesterday meat or a day before its being reheated its the first time I counter this from your branch

I was in Chicken lickin Rustenburg near taxi rank, just a bunch of some old grumpy women working there starting gossiping and giggling about how to delay my order, seeing that over 20 people who came before me are collecting their orders, I then requested to cancel my order, then one of them says "I called your order, you are on your phone" I know she was patronizing me
This is untruthful and nonsensical because I was actively concious of their malicious plot to intentionally delay my order.
I don't know if this despicable behavior is because they know there's no accountability there in Chicken lickin
To top it all, the place is untidy, no social distancing and regulations of COVID are totally disregarded.

Customer service regarding wrong order & how the staff conduct themselves in terms of communication.
I am writing this mail to express how I feel about the treatment received from Chicken Licken The Bridge this morning at about 8:10. I don't know the name of the tall guy with a bold voice and the lady who was sanitizing at the entrance of the shop. they were not wearing the name tags. I went there with an aim to notify them of what happened on my order yesterday and the guy talked to me as if I am stupid and make me feel worthless. To cut the story short, my order was short of Chicken loafs x2 X2 (4), Sophia Mokoena only puts 4 pieces of chicken in my order. When I arrive at home at 21:00 that is when I realize that my order was short of Licken loafs. I did not know that I was supposed to make a phone call at that time of the night, when I went there with a slip and the the order itself in the morning because I always buy there on my way to work, that when the problem started.
When I was trying to explain the situation to him, the guy said to me "he did not received any phone call yesterday regarding the order, I was supposed to make a phone call (011 725 5437)". He gave me bad attitude with improper communication skills, I assume he is a manager judging from his expression and body language and the way he speaks" as well because the lady at the entrance called him regarding my query. I did not get a chance to even show him the order because of the way he was so unprofessional and make me a laughing stock to a lady and other colleagues in the shop. I do not know whether Chicken liken is teaching their staff to conduct themselves unprofessionally when talking to customers. I refuse to be bullied by words by your staff members, he conducted himself as a Bad Manager who used to talk to people at anyhow. How can he raise a question like " Do you expect me to believe you?" to a customer hence, the customer is not finish to explain the whole situation and given a chance to present the order. I told him that this is not a proper way to talk to me, I became so angry and I decided to leave the shop. I am professional, I work with the members of the public and I did not expect this treatment.
I would appreciate if the organization can teach their staff on how to deal with customers in a professional way and train them in term of communication because this not the first time.

my name is lerato im writing this with great disappointment, I ordered via uber eats , the waiting was correct estimated time how ever I was Highly disappointed with the food , it was stale tasted like it was processed yesterday and didn't have taste at all.
this was from the Braamfontein brunch, this is not the first time , please sell FRESH FOOD PLEASE

I have been severely ridiculed by your owner at Newcastle Mall Chicken Liken, but he is the Laughing Stock, he sells stale buns, dry and tasteless chicken, and when we complain he asks us as if we are thief's for a slip for R109.0

On sundaý 14 /03/21i went chicken licken next choppie in mokopane to buy food ,i wanted hot wings meal and the person who was taking my order by the name lebo she said they dont have coleslaw so i want to opt out for hot wing snack so when i wànted to change she said arga joooo,i ask her why because you dont have coleslaw?i took another meal and processed to the next window so i ask the cashier is the any problem if i opt for another meal when you dont have what i want?her answer to me was YOU MUST FIRST ASK Who you're talking to before you can ask me that (cashier name priscella )so i ask who was taking the order she said lebo and i ask for they said she is preparing orders she can not come. Wasn't my problem if they dont have coleslaw?dont i have the right to choose something else?and speak to me in that manner?how will i know what is available today and what's not?your attitude towards customers must change or you will loose customers, i left the store so angry

The TRM chicken Inn is serving very little chips. Several times I’ve gone there with this same issue
The Chicken Inn TRM outlet has been getting away with serving very little chips. Like i can literally count how many they are inside this box. A child cant even eat it and feel satisfied sasa ni mtu mkubwa? And this is not the first time this has happened to me. Considering the amount your forced to pay for the combos it’s very shameful for you people to take advantage of us like that. Very shameful. People should be aware of this rip off! And such a waste of time! Very disappointed. Chicken Inn you have just lost the plot and you will loose customers for this.
