First We would likeyou to know that we love Shakeys. But we are very disappointed with todays service, First it was Late ,then MOJOS was not discounted, Finally the CARBONARA was spoiled,

we appreciate your Rider PIA for going for an extra mile with the service,She gave us assurance and excellent Customer service for what Happened, She even went back to us to deliver the SUPERCARD that THE BF AGUIRRE BRANCH forgot to include with the 999 PROMO, and the supposedly COMPLIMENTARY FOOD,SO PLS.hire more RIDERS LIKE PIA.

We were also Disappointed with ALEX the MANAGER/SUPERVISOR of SHAKEYS BFHOMES AGUIRRE PARANAQUE
We talked over the phone she apologized But after that she would like us to pay the LATE DELIVERY Food items because according to her She's saying it will be charged to them. And in return she promised that SHAKEYS BF AGUIRRE will deliver the same 999 PROMO anyday we wanted, So it gave us an impression of she's more concerned with billing that THE CUSTOMER'S HEALTH. For your information Two of us have eaten the SPOILED CARBONARA, until I got a taste of it and spit it out and stopped them from eating it, Because it was spoiled. I Hope that Shakeys should be more careful with their food handling because it might cause someone else's LIFE. and instead of worrying about the Bill, I think you should worry about your CUSTOMER FIRST.ALSO MANAGER ALEX ASKED PIA (RIDER) TO NOT GIVE THE COMPLIMENTARY FOOD IN EXCHANGE OF LATE SERVICE AND SPOILED CARBONARA, BECAUSE WE REFUSE TO PAY. SO ITS OK THAT WE HAVE EATEN A SPOILED CARBONARA, BECAUSE WE ARE NOT PAYING THE ORDER?

ALEX the manager of SHAKEYS BF AGUIRRE FOR US, LACKS COMPASSION AND HEART TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. We hope that SHAKEYS PHILIPPINES Will do something about this, BECAUSE WHAT IF A CHILD OR AN ELDERLY ACCIDENTALLY EATEN A SPOILED CARBONARA?? WHAT WILL YOU DO? ARE YOU GONNA ASK TO still PAY THEIR ORDERS BECAUSE IT WAS PROCESSED AND IT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR BRANCH??

ATTACHED IS THE ORDER NUMBER, ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER PICTURE OF THE CARBONARA WITH THE TIME IN THE CP THAT WE HAVE DISCOVERED IT WAS SPOILED, A VIDEO OF ME SAYING IT WAS SPOILED, AND YOU CAN ALSO ASKED PIA BECAUSE WE ASKED HER TO SMELL IT.

Well i would expect that if i pay over 20 dlls on a pizza , it should have cheese, chicken was so tinny and mojos dark,old and cold, worst experience ever. Hope somebody takes the time to contact me. I actually have 3 pictures but its only allowing me to upload just one, also i got charged 3.75 for the 2 pc chicken and it says 2.79 on the menu , ugh.

I sent a message thru messenger that I am planning to place an order. Someone called but because I was away, I was not able to answer it so I texted back saying if they can call me back again. No response. I checked my messenger and they said that they tried to call me but no luck and was askinh for an alternative number where they can reach me, after I responded and kept on responding but it's always seen zone.I am a customer trying to buy your food but it seems you do not want to have business with us. It's clearly a very poor customer service.

Three of us ate at Shakeys SMBacoor Thursday July 2.
My complaints: my food was served BEHIND MY BACK and staff DID NOT EVEN TELL ME my food was already there. They expect me to TWIST MY BACK or STAND UP just to get my food cause serving tray was set up beside my companions’ table which is in my back. I already complained & their excuse: “sorry po just following social distancing.” And the staff said that face to face.
They seat us in two separate tables so why cant they set up two serving trays? Obviously management NEED to conduct orientation on serving food during social distancing!

Um order ako kahapon para sa Father ko pero kinancel ninyo. Credit card and mode of pa3na ginamit ko, pero nacharge pa din ako, 540.00 para sa order at 10.00 para dun sa paymaya na sinasabi sa website nyo. I-refund ninyo lahat ang pera ko na kinuha nyo. Wala naman kayong ginawa para sa order ko para sa taytay ko.

We called 10 am in the morning for an advance order for the Fathers Day Celebration yesterday and it was confirmed that our order was accepted by Shakeys Branch V Central Molino BLvd Bacoor Cavite Branch with the expected time of delivery at 5 pm. However our order did not arrive so I called your hotline and I was instructed to wait for the call of the branch who will deliver us our food but they did not call us . I called four to five times I think the same instruction was given to me but the branch did call me back. So we were left hanging for how many hours in waiting and not sure if the food will be delivered to us. we decided to buy food in another food chain so us not to keep my family waiting.Our food was delivered pass 8 pm the rider saw that our house is already closed all of us are already in our own rooms preparing to rest.We should have celebrated Fathers Day but it caused us stress for the long hours and uncertainty if our food will be delivered.The branch did not even take time to call us , despite our effort in calling the hotline.I think my call yesterday June 21 was recorded you could try to review the time of my calls and how many times I follow up. Thank you and hoping for your response regarding this matter.

We dropped by shakeys bf aguirre pque br past 5PM today and placed our order and to come back for it for pickup as we have other errands to do.

We came back around 6:30pm and my son came in the store to pick up our order --- after 30min of waiting suspecting that something went wrong with our delivery, my son came out to tell me wat happened --- with this i alight our vehicle and came in the store too only to fund out they were just preparing our orders at that moment!!!!!

What a very disappointing service indeed for a PWD customer!

If they can't take as much order as they did earlier then pls tell them NOT TO OVER ACCOMMODATE, IF CUSTOMERS WILL JUST SUFFER FROM THEIR VERY POOR AND DISORGANIZED SYSTEM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I hope you can do something with this and i hope i am the only victim of this shakey's store!

YESTERDAY I MADE A TRANSACTION AND PURCHASED A PIZZA AND SUPERCARD AND PAID IT THRU MY DEBIT CARD, THEY BANK SEND A CONFIRMATION THAT MY TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESSFUL AND IT WAS DEBITED ON MY ACCOUNT, THE PROBLEM WAS I HAVENT RECEIVE MY ORDER YESTERDAY, SO HOW COME THEY WILL DEDUCT THAT ON MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT RECEIVING MY ORDER.PLEASE MAKE SOME ACTION REGARDING ON THIS MATTER.

My mom, Vivian Sy, with tel # 82441868/82441869, is a regular guest of Shakeys, and more so at this time of pandemic. Last February 2020, she just got her SuperCard # 7777 7000 0348 7804. When she ordered again last April, she was told over the phone that her card is expired, which she argued that just bought 2 months ago and has been using it. But was brushed off by the customer service taker her order. So, she was forced to buy another one because she wanted food to be delivered. She got a new Supercard #7777 7000 0313 1515. Then, today, she wanted to order again, however, she encountered the same this, being told that her SuoerCard is expired??? How can this be? This will be the 3rd time she is told of having an expired card when it has been barely 2 months??? Our issue here is 1) we feel like : Is such a big company like Shakey's trying to extort clients to purchase the SuperCard before a purchase can be made? 2) there is even no proper checking of details over the phone before declaring it expired; 3) it is very inconvenient to make an order and being harassed like this; 4) we are demanding a refund on our 2nd card; 5) and an apology on the unprofessional treatment given to my mom over the phone.
This has upset her that is why I am demanding all these. My mom is a senior citizen and are your regular guests over the years and they deserve to be treated better, with respect and professionalism.

We are ordering using our supercard. Our order was declined by JOAN due to online registration needs. We were not advised to do that upon purchase of the supercard. At the moment we were talking to her, our wifi is done.

I TRIED TO ORDER AROUND 4:30PM, ALL DETAILS WERE GIVEN INCLUDING THE SUPERCARD NUMBER, UNFORTUNATELY I WASNT ABLE TO REGISTER. THEN I TRIED TO REGISTER BUT NOTIFICATION SAID THAT MY CARD IS IN ACTIVE, IT WAS ONLY PURCHASED LAST JUNE 2020? WHY? NOW I FAILED TO ORDER.

They indicated wrong birthdate in their system and denied giving the free pizza. Expires Nov 30, 2020. Birthday is Nov 27 but indicated in Shakeys computer record system is Oct 27. Whose fault is this?
