I was ordering takeout at shakeys vista ferrari i was talking to the guard face to face and asking him if i could order, he was ignoring me the whole time and i was asking him 2 feet away.... there was no staff at the front to get my order .... this is unacceptable behavior by the staff and should be remprimanded..... this happened 1.36pm february 2 ,2021

They’d rather be talking to themselves than acquaint the clients about ongoing promo - available flavors and whatever offers there are. Are Take out orders more important cause there seem to be 3 people who’d rather be busy with 2 pizza orders than the 6- man client with me dining currently . HI, IM WRITING THIS LETTER TO FILE A COMPLAINT TO ONE OF YOUR RESTAURANT MANAGER IN SHAKEY'S RETIRO NAMED BYL ESPINO. THE INCIDENT HAPPENED LAST SEPT 5. 2020 (DURING WORKING HOURS) WHEN MY BOYFRIEND (A FORMER KITCHEN STAFF FROM RETIRO BRANCH) WAS INSTRUCTED TO BUY SOMETHING FROM THE MARKET AND TO RIDE A MOTORCYCLE THAT WAS OWNED BY ONE OF HIS FORMER CO-EMPLOYEE. UNFORTUNATELY, AN ACCIDENT HAPPENED. NOW ALL MS. BYL IS MESSAGING MY BOYFRIEND TO PAY FOR ALL THE DAMAGES THAT COST 10,000.00. SHE ALSO WARNED MY BOYFRIEND THAT SHE WILL GO TO MY BF'S HOUSE IF HE'LL NOT GOING TO PAY, EVEN THOUGH HE'S NOT PART OF THE COMPANY ANYMORE.

MY CONCERN IS, WHY WILL MY BOYFRIEND NEEDS TO PAY FOR ALL THE DAMAGES WHERE IN THE FIRST PLACE MS. ESPINO DID'NT REPORT THE ACCIDENT TO YOUR COMPANY? PLUS DOES SHE REALLY KNOW TO MANAGE WHERE IN FACT SHE ASKED SOMEONE TO DO A FAVOR FOR HER OUTSIDE HIS JOB DESCRIPTION? THE HARASSMENT SHE MAKING IS JUST SO MUCH TO HANDLE.

I have ordered pizza, and the clock stopped even before reaching my address . From the time of clock stopped the delivery was 20minutes late. As per Shakey if it's late it free right . The rider got money from me and said it's traffic. And pizza is cold . So , I contacted customer care . They replied that they will take action . But when I reminded them they are not replying to my message and haven't taken action ,it's already a week passed.

This is jojo a frequent customer of shakey's and i want to report re your staff attitude.

Last Dec 3 2020 at 7pm me and my friend visited your masangkay branch and ordered pizza and chicken for take out. We frequent this place it being near my place and the previous batch of staff have a commendable customer service.

Kindly note that this time i experienced the worst customer service at your masangkay branch. The manager and the waitress needs to be trained on proper handling of customers, proper and modest dressing and addressing customers' needs. From welcoming customers until the time that they're done with their business.

Hope you can look into this matter.

Ordered online at 6:04 pm, nov. 29, 2020. Received order confirmation via email and text msg regarding 29mins late ill get my order free. One hour passby still no delivery. Kids getting hungry. Called the hotline number 4 times! Told me to keep my line open cause someone will call from the branch but no one called. 2 hrs passby i decided to go to the branch. Talked to the manager, racquel bo she said she didnt received the order cause their system went down. I told her to push thru with the order but i will not pay and showed her the 29mins late text. She told me ita exempted because of the rain. I argued but getting nowhere. So i paid. But your advertisement says, ecq, flood and storm. There's no flood and storm only rain! Dont advertise if you cant fulfill. Im complaining about your system so dont take this against the manager. She's very accomodating. But for us waiting for two hours, our food should be free.

Hi. This complaint happened at around 4:30pm to 5:15pm, Nov 22,2020. At Shakeys Calumpit branch. I park my Car at the left front side of Shakeys Calumpit. Get off my car and take the order of 1pc large hawaian pizza for take out. I gave 2pc 500 peso bill for the payment. Then staff that take my order said that he will give my change and recipt at my car. So I get back on my car, spending almsost an Hour waiting (45min) time together with my two kids and two dogs. As time passes by, the kids get board and ask me to follow up our order coz its taking too long. We've also notice that the other customer had their order delivered on their car and get off, So I've decided to go back and ask the security gard. Kuya paki follow up ng Order namin kanina pa kami Dito. He go inside and ask the staff about my order. Then he let me in,and a supervisor or manager ask me kanino nyo po inorder? Thinking that my order was not endorse properly. No pizza was prepared for my order. I Just ask my money back and took off the place. Too sad for the kids my dogs, we've waited to long and no pizza was serve. Hope that your company will take action on these. Kindly give feed back on what action was taken. Thank you.

I went to your sm legaspi city branch to looked for my supercard which i used last october 26,2020 which i forgot to get from the waiter who serve me. i was told that i can no longer have a duplicate card although it was already registered to your website. the manager instead gave me another supercard but with a price of 100. so i dine in a buddy pack and then i take out the pizza for the buy one take one. the discount was on the dine in and no discount for the pizza. the explanation was i already used the discount in the dine in thats why the computer do not accept the second transaction. with this may i know the policy for giving discounts ob senior citizen and pwd since i believed there are lapses in your part. likewise we were not aware of the 50% didcount promo after 6 pm. the branch did not inform us yesterday

Hi, so I have a supercard that I purchased this month, october 25. My birthday happens to be Oct 31, and before I purchased the supercard i was assured that the free pizza can be redeemed 7 days before or after my birthday. So i tried to redeem it to the Doña Hemady Shakeys, near Robinsons Magnolia. They insisted that it should be redeemed on my birthday month, i told them that my birthday falls on the last day of the month and i was assured that i can redeem it 7 days after my birthday which will fall on november first week. They still refused to redeem the pizza, so I tried to get it on Erodriguez branch, the staff was so nice and provided it to me without a questions. Please investigate as i do have this feeling that they are doing this to a lot of people and the staff seems to be very uninterested in my concern and just keeps on providing alibis.

Mine, they indicated a wrong birthday that is one month ahead, Oct 27 instead of Nov 27....even if card expires Nov 30 and showed my drivers license with the correct birthdate it cannot be claimed, their reason is that it is not their job to correct...the promo if "free on birthday" is a bait to fool people to buy their 100 Supercard....

Ok- So we went to this Shakeys branch for a late lunch and note: we are really hungry since we only had coffee that morning, and then here's this QR code at the entrance for contract tracing that the staff initially made us aware thereto and since we don't have QR scanner on our phone, we decided to download it first and took us a long while since we have a poor internet connection inside that mall, the staff assigned there was clearly aware and is just waiting for us to do it without offering any other option so I decided to ask if there's any and that's the only time she said we can write in on the paper instead. She gave us both a pencil and paper then guided us to a table with the dining lamp abovehead not working. As I was writing, my husband said we should move to another table, and so we did. But this same staff, told us that the table is only for the staff of the house. Yes, there were two employees huddling on the next table then came another and another during the entire duration we were there. So Ok- we just obediently moved to the next table and continued filling-out that paper. The staff on the next table from where we moved were soo noisy chitchattting and laughing about their personal matters. We really can hear clearly coz besides the fact that they were not wearing their facemasks, is that they are really talking out loud not minding us on the table nearby. maybe because they thought it's not that noisy given a table apart. So we're done with the paper and decided to make our order but I decided to sanitize my hands after the public pencil provided but the alcohol dispenser wasn't working at all. The staff came back with the menu and just simply placed the menu on the table with a very unproffesional manner. The tissue is a bit crumpled already and the utensils and the paper mat were just disorderly placed on the table. We even had to place it ourselves in a decent manner given its a restaurant not a fast food chain. Our super bunch of lunch for two had arrived after 10mins. ( There is a Shakeys timeframe where food should be served within 3minutes) We were extremely hungry, we just gave a quick prayer and got excited to dig in. When my husband opened the utensils, there was a dead cockroach on it. We were totally shocked and speechless. I decided to take a photo then called the server. She said a quick sorry then immediately took it and returned with a new set for my husband, then said sorry again. I told her to raise the issue to the manager right away. We were still shocked and speechless we were just looking at each other. We lost our appetite instantly but the fact that we're really hungry my husband suggested we eat. The salad served is not the usual amount and there were only 2 pieces of mojos, the garlic bread is not freshly done, the pasta is cold, the soup is unbelievably cold and not cooked properly. The starch is not dissolved nor cooked well and is still forming into balls- very salty! The chicken too!! We didn't finished it and decided to bill out. Soooo- after all the terrible experience we had, they only offered a 10% discount on the bill with the supercard and take out mojos as their courtesy. The manager still didn't approach us so I decided to talk to the staff instead and complained about everything- us having to wait for a while outside, not offering options for the contact tracing thing, the table with the broken lamp she offered, the table that we would have wanted to sit, the very unproffesional noisy annoying staff, the entire bad cold food, the alcohol dispenser not working, no condiments, the amazing dead cockroach, the possible threat to our health, the manager not even facing us afterall. This is the most extremely disappointing and distressing experience we've ever had. Health and sanitary measures should be strictly observed as well as professionalism with the service and the cooking of food. She said sorry again and that problems with the cockroach is hard to avoid since the mall is infested with pests so I told her that it's basic that they should observe cleanliness and proper storage especially with the food and utensils. She just then said that they were really sorry about what happened, and just highlighted that as courtesy we have been given 10% discount with supercard and take out mojos. We were extremely disappointed and just went on our way. This is seriously one hell of an experience and with this YEAAAAH, IT'S GOTTA BE SHAKEYS!!!!!!

Hi I did an online order at the shakeys Rialto in San Bernardino it was a busy day on 10/21/2020 I had forgotten that I had paid through door dash for a pick up order since when I called shakeys Rialto I was on hold for 15 minutes and heard a manager yelling at the person who answered the phone and said have them wait. So I order on door dash said my order will be ready at 7:15 for 1 large pepperoni pizza two sides of mojos and a classic medium pizza. I tell the cashier my name for the order and she charged me in store when I had completely forgot I paid already in door dash. I paid I didn’t notice until the next day that I had paid for the same food twice. I go in at 3pm on 10/22 and the cashier had me speak with Stephanie Romero she said that shakeys doesn’t charge the transaction until 3 days later and when I get charged come back and they will refund me. When I first talked to her she was a bit rude didn’t really want to believe and didn’t want to admit it was the cashiers fault for not checking the order . She went to the back found the in store receipt and said that to call back in 3 days if I was charged then they would refund me . I care on Saturday 10/23 I’m charged I call and speak to Stephanie and that she needs to talk to her main manager and that they would call me back I let the day go by and no call I call today 10/26 and I speak to the main manager and he said since I didn’t come in that day I was double charged he can’t refund me my money and can only give me store credit and if he calls corporate he won’t hear from them for about 3-4 weeks to receive my money back? I’m so disappointed in how the management handled this transaction are they not properly trained? Why are they upset at me for their mistake on charging me double? And to be rude and insist that I only get store credit? Can you please contact me to resolve the issue I just want my money back for the second charge that happened at 7:15 at the Rialto shakeys. And can you please send your managers to training on how to treat your guest if it wasn’t for the guest they would have a job. I understand that during the World Series it get busy but it’s their job to provide great service with great food I just want the managers to handle mess up like this professionally and kind and to be able to have the skills and knowledge to hand situations with customers. I have worked for retail for 9 years and where I work we were properly trained and understood that customer are important and what makes your business succeed thank you look forward to hearing from you 2413 N Fillmore Ave Rialto 92377

Hi,

I would like to complaint about the bad experience that happened to me today (10/18/20) when I ordered Managers Choice and Hawaiian "hand tossed pizza" in Shakey's hotline. Around 6:45am and the expected delivery time was 7:00 to 7:15 am

I expected to receive a "Thick" pizza, since it was verified twice and mentioned on the call that I ordered HAND TOSSED pizza.

I'm one of regular customer of Shakey's and I never ordered a "thin pizza" even if you check my record every time I ordered.

My order came at exactly 7:00 am, I'm very excited to open and eat my pizza, however, we received the "Thin Crust pizza" instead of the expected THICK pizza.

I called immediately the Shakey's hotline to ask if possible to exchange the wrong pizza that I received. I was advised to wait. But they didn't call me back on the said time frame that they provided. I called several times but then again I need to wait and someone will call me back. But when one of the agent call me back he apologized and blame the agent that I spoke with. He said that they will properly train the said agent instead. But I'm asking for the replacement of the wrong delivered pizza and he mentioned that it can't be replaced.

I refused for that solution he provided and then again mentioned to wait and he will check what he can do. And they'll call me back. Again I waited for several minutes but no one called be back so I decided to call them again, and explained again my issue to another agent that I spoke to, but he put me o MUTE and disconnected/drop the call.

I called again and talk to Lyka and asked for a Supervisor, she was very helpful and address my concern, she's the only agent who helped me to resolve my issue. But it took me 1 hour and 30 minutes trying to get proper help.

First we just got our Super card couple of days ago you can see in our transactions. We are so excited thats why take note just for 2 days alone we have already spend almost 3k for 2 days for delivery and take out. Last night we have planned again that our dinner would be Shakeys and using our Super card. We purchased a Party Size Shakeys Special. With our excitement again to go home and have our Delicious Shakeys We are shocked that literally almost no CHEESE as if Cheese was intended to a Regular size and was placed to a Party size pizza.Our hard earned money was put to waste its like We are not Valued as a Customer. We are now probably deciding not to use your product. And take note with We surprise our family love one with send a Shakeys as well. SM MARIKINA BRANCH is where we took order for to go. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED ITS LIKE EATING BREAD. NO SAUCE AS WELL ITS TAKE LIKE PLAIN BREAD AND INGREDIENTS FALLS OFF

Good Day.

I would like to ask regarding this SuperCard 7777-7000-0309-6772, as per your staff this Card is Expired last Feb. 2020 but upon checking this evening the expiration of this card is April 2021 also as I remember I get this card in your branch in Bacoor Cavite this 2020 before the lockdown so why your machine said that this card is expired.
Instead of using this card, your staff offer me another card worth PHP 499 to avail the buy 1 and get 1 free..
I think you need to check this incident because this is not the correct practice.
If you need a proof I can the screen shot that card is not expired.

We called on oct 10,2020 and ordered foods. We were told delivery will arrive at exactly 10:55pm. But it arrived exactly at 11:47pm and we talked to miss Marisol the DELCO in the shopwise shakeys santana grove branch in sucat Paranaque. And she said we ordered at 11:25pm when in fact we ordered at 10:25pm and recieved a text from shakeys at 10:47. The problem was talking to Marisol and insulted us and make us feel like we are after the free delivery. Money for payment was already on the table. We were very insulted by that Marisol. She dont know how to handle and talk properly to your customers. We did not accept the foods.

Hi i called your #77777 4:45 pm today to place a delivery, we tried doing it via facebook, and was told we will receive a call from shakeys. After a few minutes not receiving any call we chose to call your hotline.

Jonalyn was your customer service or agent who picked up my call, i informed her that i would want to place an order and to check if there was an existing order under my sister, upon checking she said there was and we should wait for the call, i told her we no longer want to wait for the call that why we decided to call your hotline instead, she was insisting for me to place the call down and wait for the call from shakeys. I already got annoyed and asked can you or can you not take my order kase kung ayaw mo sabihin mo maghahanap na lang ako ng ibang pwede mag pag orderan she drop our the call..

you have lousy staff, you dont want to take our orders, its okay. pero wag niyo babaan ang customer niyo.

When I opened it, it looks weird, so dry, over heated and kinda burnt at the side, looks not fresh like been in the fridge for so long. So disappointing because were a regular customer and its always good. It's like a prison meal, I've had a better food in an airplane, economy. Taste is so sour I can't stomach it.
