Kindly advise if clicks store doesn't provide rain checks. Other clicks stores does. I went to clicks Soshanguve plaza and asked for rain check which the Manager, Mr Mokoena refused to offer. I wanted to purchase 3 for the price of 2 on a Mosquito repellent but the store had one item remaining. He said he doesn't offer rain checks

On the 24th I requested that a lady that I was directed to assist me and she asked me with an attitude "what do you want?" I told her I needed assistance with the color foundation that will match my skin. Unwilling to help she just pointed at a color and didn't even test it to see if it is the correct application for my face. When I got home I opened and tried the foundation and I was looking so pale. I phoned the store to tell them that I was unhappy with the foundation and would like to return it. They put me on the line with the lady and she kept saying she can't help me because we had not tested the foundation because they are not authorized to test therefore suggesting I must consider the money used to purchased as wasted. After I requested to speak to a manager she said I must bring it back.Upon returning it, the lady who had assisted me before gave me attitude once more, refusing to take responsibility and told me she advised me that she cannot test the foundation (which by the way was a lie as she had not told me this).
I told the lady at customer service that as she has witnessed the disrespect that lady gave me she would need to discipline her she said she would speak to her.

I have never received such attitude and poor customer service from the beauty department at clicks before and as a result I have decided I will never purchase from clicks again and I will also advised my friends and family who buy cosmetics from them to stay away from them as such customer service cannot be tolerated.

Usually I exchange diapers for bigger sizes at Clicks without a slip because they are gifts and I stock pile various sizes. Westgate Mall can't exchange them without a slip because they can't see what I bought the manager says. Please tell me where to get a slip since gifts don't come with one.

The complaint was supposed to be logged around June unfortunately I left the product(medicine) at Limpopo going to work at Gauteng and couldn't go back home due to lock down but I spoke to the shop in charge and told them to report the matter as I will also report it the 15 June I bought an ear drop medicine at clicks Mall of the North, I use the medicine on the Saturday the 20 June my baby reacted just after seconds using it, I thought maybe the pharmacist who recommended the eardrop gave me the wrong product but upon investigation I realised that the medicine experied November 2019, my baby was crying out loud painfully so I had to rush to hospital it was at night around 21h00 and the following I had to go to private doctor as I was just give panado at the hospital. Then the following day I called the manager who said I apologize for what happened but there is nothing they will do compensate me as they do not have a policy I told him that I quite sure the head office will have the policy as I will report the matter once my baby is ok as I was just interested to the baby and they must also report on my behalf unfortunately I left the product when leaving. The product is organic sweet orange oil, bar code 6006323632939 expired nov 2019

On Wednesday 23/12/2020,at 17h01i was bought Elvive dream lengths detangling conditioner. As per the promotion it stated if you buy any Elvive products for R150.00 you get a detangling brush with the value of R250.00.At the till I was help by Ronique and I ask her about the brush and she told me that they don't have anymore. So I ask her why don't they take of the promo because its logic that you would ask about the brush. They couldn't give me a straight answer and she just walk away while I was still in the shop waiting on her. She never came back to attend to me and I decided to leave. I'm also working with clients everyday and its not how you handle any situation.

Good afternoon

I am a regular customer at clicks kyalami Corner, I went to clicks today to buy cortex pads but they didn't have it in stock so I took 2 packs of Lil-let's pads as I was soo desparate, when I open one I found that it is very small for me and I tried to go back and explain to them but they refused to exchange them, I didn't use even one, they are still 20 in the pack, problem is that I damaged the packaging only. Is it how you deal with your customer?

Good morning. I visited your Summerstrand Clicks store this morning, on my way to work in order to collect a parcel via your Pargo service. I waited patiently at the online desk for assistance. There were 2 cashiers on duty at the time, neither of whom greeted or even bothered to acknowledge me despite looking at me several times. The store was not too busy but they chose to continue to do their specific job of only seeing to customers that were in the pay line que. They came across as horses with blinkers on that just didn't care who else was around them or in need of any help. Eventually I left the counter to seek help. A very polite and helpful gentleman, Mpumzeni graciously assisted me with my collection and I left the store within 5 minutes of his assistance. I understand that it's this time of the year that everyone is tired, however that is no excuse for poor customer service or I should say no customer service. I am a regular patron of that particular store and would not like any other customers to be ignored in that manner.

Today the 22nd December I bought a slow cooker from Clicks at BT Ngebs mall. This is going to be a bridal present for my sister. I requested that it be wrapped but to my surprise I was told the service is not available. I requested a manager and a lady by the name of Asiphe Mateyise came who said she is an assistant manager. She told me with an attitude that they were not given those instructions by the head office. This is new to me I must say. In all the gifts I have bought at Clicks during this time ( Christmas) if you request that they be wrapped you are given the service.

Good day,

On the 16th of the pharmacists at Centre Point, Milnerton Cape Town pharmacy packed a blister pack of Premarin 0.3mg which had 6 tablets short. On closer inspection the said pills are also clearly marked as expiring Dec 2020 and I will only complete this pack mid Jan.

When I purchased the pills I didnt open the packet since I was only due to start the course the evening of the following day 17th Dec 2020. The box is clearly marked as an opened pack with 26 pills and only 22 inside, with a red X scratched on it in red ink!

Since I was working the 18th, I made arrangements for my kids to go and swap the tablets and phoned the branch to notify them of the discrepancy. All seemed good and fine and the lady I spoke to said she will do accordingly. Upon returning home, I was shocked to find that they only gave my kids 4 more pills, still 2 short and that I should make use of the expiring pills as they will still be 'fine'.........This now means a third visit to go and rectify a mistake that should never have happened in the first place.

What is totally shocking is the total disregard for patients health by dispensing of expiring drugs and telling a patient to continue taking the past the use by date. My understanding is that this is against the laws of this country and I would like you to take this matter up with the responsible dispensing team at Centre Point. I will gladly provide you with more information of the pharmacist and the RX number.

I was at clicks Eyethu mall in Orange farm. I proceeded to the till after a customer was done with her purchase. Cashier Xolile M started drinking her water upon my arrival at the till she was operating. she drank her water for approximately 90 seconds and proceeded to rudely say that "next time you must wait for me to call you before come, i want to go and you holding me back". I am of the opinion that if she wanted to be excused she should have politely stated.

The lady at the clinic (Sister Eunice Malinga) is atrocious. She engages in a private conversation for over 20 minutes with another patient while we were waiting outside - we needed a vaccination for my 9-month old daughter. Other people also queued behind us. Her cheeky, rude attitude toward us was off putting as we started filling in the paperwork.

She did not properly fill my daughter's medical card and we had to constantly remind her the sections to fill in as she kept skipping these.

It is worth noting that Eunice also said that my daughter is weight retarded so my fiancee vehemently argued why she must be making such baseless remarks. There is nothing wrong with my daughter's weight or mental/physical conditions.

Thereafter, she gave my daughter the injection, she did not treat it and left my daughter to bleed until we had to angrily tell her to treat it.

Monthly, I spend a lot of money buying nappies, baby formula and other extras at Clicks. I will take my business elsewhere to Dis-Chem if my complaint to this staff member is not resolved.

Today I'm at Clicks Govern Mbeki, Main Street in PE.
We have just entered the store and looked around a few specials, my boyfriend gets a call and had to leave immediately.
I'm walking him out, on our way out a cashier that had a customer in front of her rudely shouted "social distance" just because I was holding him from behind. I didn't understand the social distance part with someone I was doing shopping with, maybe I was wrong but the shouting part ? I dd not understand. I felt soo disrespected and humiliated because everyone was looking at us and mumbling some were even laughing at us. It was so childish and unprofessional, she should've come to us or ask the security but instead she shouted for everyone to see!
Poor customer service and incompetence!
I had to go back for my shopping only because I needed my baby's things and didn't have a choice, but as for going back ? I am not soo sure.
Anyway the cashier was Defy or Defeny not sure.
