I was at Clicks Cresta Mall on 12/12.2020. Decided not to take the item as the que was too long . As I was rushing out to Meet my husband for lunch as we were celebrating my birthday, the security buzzer goes of. The female security whose name was Joy Mhlongo stopped me , asked me to empty my bag and wanted a receipt for a make up that was in my bag which I had purchased at Clicks Malibongwe weeks ago. She then took my clicks card & the make up to verify this. The treatment I received was that of a criminal , as if I had stolen the product from the store as the buzzer didn’t go off when I entered but only when I left .this was very humiliating and embarrassing for me. I called my husband who was very upset by their treatment towards me. The more I tried to explain to them that I don’t have the receipt as it wasn’t bought recently , the more they told me I should’ve gone straight to the security as I entered the shop. How was I to know that this products tag hadn’t been removed at from the clicks store which I bought it from? They were not sympathetic at all. The manager Asanda Buthelezi couldn’t have the decency to apologise . This is very upsetting & unprofessional. The security staff and manager need to have special training as clearly they are not trained well to deal with situations like this. They could’ve handled the situation better. They then told me they confirm it was bought at clicks malibongwe. This upset my entire day. I’m very disappointed with clicks. I hope no one should go through what I went through.

I visited clicks mall@Reds 0n 13-12-2020 and went to buy gifts for xmas when at till the prices were different from the shelves.I then inquire about it and showed the manager that the prices are different and he couldnt be bothered including the assisted manager and they said i couldn return which i argue that this is the price i saw and they refuse and they were rude and this is not my first encounter especially with the store assistance.Because accourding to consumer right the price you see is the price you pay.

Dear Clicks

I am most unhappy about the service and the way in which my query was dealt with at the Clicks Store at Waterfall corner, Johannesburg.
In October 2018, I purchased a Toni&Guy hair straightener. This product comes with a 5 year guarantee.


When I purchased the product, I was informed to retain my receipt in the event that I needed to return the product or there was a fault etc. (I took a picture of my receipt as the Clicks receipts fade over time). Please find copy of receipt attached.

The hair straightener has unfortunately stopped working, I have kept it with the original bag as well as the heat protector mat that it came with, but I have not kept the box. Logically, who keeps a box for 2 years?
The lady at the store (I unfortunately did not get her name), said that the only way they could do anything to help was if I had the box, she refused to assist any further. This does not make sense at all, the consumer act does not require you to keep the original packaging unless you return the item within the cool off period.

Please could you kindly assist.

Hi there. I don't actually have a complaint just wanted to query why the Phoenix Plaza Branch since lockdown hasn't stocked up on certain products.I found a lovely foundation there which I decided to try. When I went back they didn't have stock on their shelves. I've been going back every few weeks and still nothing. This is a span of about 9 months. The name of the foundation is Maybelline Fit Me Matt and Poreless Foundation. Colour is 220, Natural Beige. There has been about 3 powders and 2 of the foundation I mentioned in a different colour.

This afternoon I went to clicks Quagga centre and the Manager there refused to sell the the product at the price I saw, he called the head office and they said the manager must give me at the price I saw but after they spoke to me and him,he still refused and said there's nothing I can do about ut, he was so rude and shouting at me ut was so embarrassing infrot of the other customers, please I need this to be attended to ,can not let it go as I wasted my time and money to go to the store and yet the manager refused to sell to me,I left the store embarrassed and crying.

I am a loyal customer of clicks and i have been buying lot of stock but i am currently feeling very useless as i have been communicating with area mnager with regard to the treatment i m getting,specifically with Sandy as she treat me very bad and today she even told me not to enter the store anymore. I use my money to buy stock but it seems like she is doing me a favor. I want lot of of Q10 and tissues and also i buy normal items but for me to get them is like i have to pay or bribe before i can get attention. My clubcard number is 0200675714473 and i also currently requested 150 bales of tissues and i still need more but i still don't understand why should i be treated this way. I love clicks and i have lot of clients requesting stock from clicks but with this treatment is very frustrating and i don't know if i should continue with clicks or convince my clicents to move to other businesses. I also get some stock from other clicks branches but i m very close to clicks musina and i was hoping to be treated fair but i dont,Sandy has the guts to tell me not to come to the store anymore....like realy!!!!!
Please address this lady or else you will loose more business because of her...i have make an order of Q10 creams for the past few months but today i was told that i have to share the stock with other customers whereby i placed my order before. If you can follow my clubcard you will see how loyal i am but Sandy is giving me tough time and when i speak to the other manager by the name Martin he also tell me that Sandy is in charge. I am very dissappointed with the service i get from your Musina store.

The product was displayed at R10.99 but scanned at R11.99 and she was not willing to assist and said I wouldn't understand how things work.

I made a online order from clicks on the 1st of December 2020. I had ordered some stuff and amongst those there was 2 Christmas gifts for my husband and daughter. I had to contact them on 3 occasions to find out what is happening with my order and now I am being told I need to accept a refund which will take 7- 14 workings days . So where must I get money from to replace the gifts I ordered? This is not right and clicks needs to rectify this glitch as it was on their side not mine..or they will be losing a good customer and the rest of her family aswel.

Good day. I visited Clicks West Coast Mall on 1 December 2020 to collect prescription medicine. Because I frequent the store I was familiar with the ticket system. There was a lady in front of me in the queue who was not familiar with the process. She only enquired about the tickets when she saw me take one. I assisted her, but unfortunately she got the next number (after mine). She also came in for over the counter medicine while my ticket was for chronic medicine. Because she was already waiting when I entered the store, I offered her to remain in front me. To my disappointment, the pharmacist did not allow this. I raised my concern about how it is human to serve customers in the order they arrive. I was told that the ticket system does not allow fro tickets to be handled out of sequence. I cannot believe this. I am of the opinion that although the system make the process more streamlined, it has to cater for people who is not familiar and/or who is illiterate.
Please consider the vulnerable in our communities and please review this inhumane process.

Visited a clicks pharmacy in Bloemfontein CBD at around 16:30 to be precise, my reason for visiting the pharmacy was to get an emergency contraceptive i usually use my medical aid to make a purchase,long story short I was told that my medical Aid does not pay this is when i mentioned that I made a purchase in October i was first made to feel like some irresponsible teenager and was told that "its not funny" so my question was "am i at a local clinic where my sex life is being questioned by some rude nurse I was then told to im using the emergency contraveptive as a prevention substance, Im rather disappointed that a 34 year old woman like myself would be made to feel like ive committed a crime.

I was paying my bill at checkout and the PC automatically shutdown in the middle of the transaction and the pin was done. The manager on duty was being called by the cashier Ntombikona Sonteya, he switched on the till and then my bill was still on the screen no print out was done and I have to pay again only to find out that I've paid twice for one purchasing.
